            Hi, I purchased a vehicle on 2/2/22 I have been getting the run around since then about my title. One min its in the mail, the next I should receive it 14 days. And come to find out they haven't even sent the paper work to the state and its been 3 months. They even took more then the 30 days to get my tag. My 1st temp tagged expired and I had to get an extension which I finally got my tag on 4/29/22 the same day all my paper work was finalized. I don't understand why its taking this long for them to do0 there job. I NEED MY TITLE that's all. They ignore your phone call's and texts and they tell u information that's not true. I have no idea how to get in touch which the owner since no one answers the phone.

            Our 18 year old son purchased a car from this company. He goes to school full time and works full time. The seller was ***************************, and the car was paid for with cash. The next day, the "check engine" light came on and we also discovered that one of the car doors will Not Lock. I immediately called the only phone number we were given and was told that **** would call me back. The following day, the driver's "airbag" light came on. Still no call from ****. A week later, I received a text message (from an unknown number) asking if I was the person who purchased the car in question. When I advised what the problem(s) were, I got no further response. Nothing. Crickets. Still, two weeks later and Nothing. Mint Auto Group sells Anything but Mint vehicles, more like Lemons. BUYER BEWARE - GO ELSEWHERE!!
