    We had a serious mold issue in our ductwork. Two other companies tried to clean it, but neither did the job right—one even caused damage to my system. Then MMI Home Improvement Pro came in and completely turned things around.

    They repaired the damaged ductwork and spent over nine hours thoroughly cleaning all the mold and buildup. They also replaced some sections of the ducts. The technicians were professional, wore uniforms, and spoke clear English. Their truck was fully labeled, so you know you’re dealing with a real, reputable company.
    They documented everything with photos and videos and took the time to make sure the job was done right. I truly appreciate their hard work and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service. Thank you again, MMI!

    I had been looking for a good air duct cleaning company for a while, and Im really glad I chose MMI Home Improvement Pro. They showed up on time, wore uniforms, and were professional throughout the entire process.They did a great job cleaning the ducts and even found and fixed a section of broken ductwork I hadnt realized was damaged. That kind of attention to detail really impressed me.Their pricing was very reasonable, and they were able to complete everything the same day, which was a huge plus. Ive noticed the air feels fresher in the house since the cleaning.Overall, Im really happy with the service and would definitely use MMI again. I highly recommend them if youre looking for honest, quality work.

    Just another typical air duct cleaning company trying to scam people, so be aware.The technician tried to up-sell other services that's over thousands of dollars. After politely refused for additional service, the technician commented he will proceed with the return vent cleaning. This is where I asked how about the supply vents? The technician replied they only clean the supply vents with shop vacuum and not the rotating brush tool in all vents as advertised.The technician proceed with excuses saying cleaning supply vents with rotating brush will damage my systems and blah blah blah at this point I stopped listening.Bottom line is, they charge flat rate of $350 to clean the return line for 1 system, and will try to up sell different gimmick packages. It's definitely waste of time that I wish I never called them in the first place.
