    DUNWOODY VILLAGE LOCATION I originally went into this facility with high hopes of getting my braces applied on 02/29/2024. The contract was signed, my down payment was taken, and I had my appointment scheduled to have the braces applied the next day. On the day of my appointment I was advised that I needed to get a dental clearance in order to get my braces applied. I had found this odd since this was not mentioned to me before I signed the contract or before my down payment was taken. I went to my dentist the following week to get my form completed and was not cleared due to me needing dental work. I returned this form to the Family Orthodontist ******** Location and notified them that I was unable to proceed due to these reasons and that I would like a refund and for my contract to be terminated. I was told that my refund would process in 3-4 weeks. Here we are on 03/27/24. I receive an email from Family Orthodontics stating that a monthly payment of $195 would be taken from my account. I reached out to ******* and they informed me that their systems are not showing anything in regards to me getting a refund or my contract being terminated. This is very upsetting being that I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund and nothing was ever processed. I've walked into the location physically multiple times but they refuse to let me speak with a manager!

    I DEMAND THE REMAINDER OF MY TREATMENT!! OR I will file in Small Claims Court The date of the last payment transaction was December 30, 2024, I paid $150.00 then I paid $700.00 under the impression and commitment from the office. I paid these extra amounts because, On October 14th, 2023, My mouth and gum were scanned for these 6 trays of Refinement and Refinishing trays to begin on my next visit. **************** and ****** lied!!! the both of them began to shift the ***** on the other.I want my Last 6 ***** DELIVERED for the $850.00, I recently paid the MONIES FOR. I was DENIED the FINAL service on my Invisalign and Coarsed to sign A FORM TO REMOVE Nojoles and or to BEGIN ALL OVER. I REFUSED to sign!!******, in the ************** *************** is very Nasty, and unprofessional. **************** is very condescending and he Lies!.

    I attempted to reach the billing department for this location multiple times. Today, on my day off, I called and held for over two hours. No one answered my call. I visited the ************** location where services were rendered, and they informed me that the issue was out of their hands, and they refused to provide me with a contact at the corporate office. I found a phone number taped to the side of a printer in their office with an extension. I called that employee who presumably passed on my complaint to her manager. My problem is with a promised adjustment to my account balance since my son opted out of treatment early due to other health issues. The ************** location allegedly submitted a request for proration on my behalf on July 19, 2022, and said that someone would be in touch with me. As of 10/10/2022, no one has reached out, and I cannot get in touch with anyone in the billing department. According to my online financial account, they plan to withdraw the final amount owed from my account on October 19th. I asked them if they could stop that payment from coming out and they told me at the office they could not.
