      I have been a long time customer of this company and have had great results with the Advanced Amino product tablets, so much that I have recommended this product to family and friend. Upon receivingmy new order I noticed a very pungent offensive ammonia smell and change in appearance of tablets. When I called customer service I was told they changed their granulation processing formula resulting in an acrid ammonia odor and there are many complaints regarding this. The ** rep was not empowered to refund or send a return label and transferred my call to a random vm. It has been 72 hours. This is a horrible way to do business and I am disappointed I ever recommended such a company. I want a refund and the shipping for this defective and possibly dangerous product handled!

      Company promised complete money back if not satisfied. Based on that promise, we purchased enough product for two people for *********************************************************************************************** money back. If it worked we would have been lifetime subscribers, but it did not work for us, so I asked for a refund. I called their customer care number and talked to a representative. This person told me to send the empty bottles, so I did. This was back in June or July. I have never heard back from them and not a dime has been refunded.

      Thank you for contacting Advanced Bionutritionals. We reviewed ******************** complaint regarding the order that he returned to us for Advanced Memory Formula back in June of this year. We do apologize that the product did not work for him and that he was not refunded as promised. We reviewed ******************** account and found that the products were received on June 14th, 2023, but we experienced an issue during processing by our agents. Our agent acknowledged receipt of the returned item during the evaluation period but did not complete the refund.  Unfortunately, because the processing was not completed by the agent the refund was not submitted as it should have been. 

      Because our company does stand by our 90 Day Money Back Guarantee we would be happy to resolve this issue for **************** immediately. As of today, November 20th, 2023, we were able to refund the orders of $199.50 and $172.85. **************** should expect to see these credits on his **** card ending in **** within 1-3 business days. We do apologize that **************** did not receive his credit sooner than he was promised. It is not our intention to inconvenience any of our customers. 

      Please tell us if we need to supply any more information about ******************** case. We will be happy to assist in any way possible.

      Several months ago I attempted to take advantage of a 4+2free promotion that Advanced Bionutritionals was offering. I attempted to order three products at the maximum allowed quantity. The order was cancelled by the company. When I called customer service I was told that the order was too large. After several calls, I canceled one of the two items. When the order was reinstated, it was again cancelled. After calling at least 10 times, and speaking to a "supervisor" at least twice, I was told the IT order processing system identified me as a "reseller" and then a "wholesaler". When I said they could look at my order history over a decade with the company and they could see I've been ordering these products, primarily when on sale, at a reasonable rate for two people, and that I was not a reseller/wholesaler and that I wanted them to send me the product at the promotional price. The supervisor said he would work the issue with IT, but it never happened and I gave them one more week to resolve the problem before I was going to submit a formal complaint of false advertising. After being a long standing customer of this company, I am extremely ***************************** that they are treating me as a fraudster. When I asked them for proof that they had that I was a reseller, it was never provided. I believe they should have overridden their order processing software and sent me the product at the promotional price.

      Bought 6-8 supplement bottles from this company. ***** receiving unwanted mail. Used pre-paid postage envelope to inform company in writing that I no longer wished to receive any mail from them. Waited for months, but continued to receive mail. Called up company to have my name removed from mailing list. Was informed that this had been requested and it might take a month or so. Months later, I am still receiving unwanted mail from Advanced Bionutritionals.

      Please understand, this process may take 30 to 60 days for mailings to cease. Also note that we rent mailing lists from companies that offer similar products. Unfortunately, we have no control over those mailing lists. In the event this name appears on other company lists, it is possible you will still receive mail from us. You would then need to unsubscribe from third party mailing lists with them, as they are sending mail on our behalf.

      I cancelled my late father's account with Second Opinion newsletter after he passed. His customer # is ********. I was sent a refund check of $77 for his Second Opinion Newsletter but it was made out incorrectly and I could not take it to the bank. Previously (on March 7, 2023), I had informed Second Opinon that "If there is a refund, please make the check out to the estate of..." *** check was not made out to my father's estate. I contacted customer service and they said to send the check back to **************** attention in their customer service department, which I did. I proceeded to check on the status of the updated and corrected check. At one point I was told (as seen in my attached document) that I should receive the corrected check in August 2022. When that didn't arrive I contacted customer service again and since the department has had no information and took my phone number to call me with updates. I never received updates. Later I called again and was told by another customer service representative to contact the accounting department. I sent them a letter on January 18, 2023 and got no response.My last contact with customer service was an email on March 15, 2023 and I was told the issue was again being forwarded to customer service representative ************. I have not gotten any response though. I then emailed the company via your website this week and haven't received a response yet either.

      As you stated in your email, the complaint was closed as resolved a month ago. I haven't received anything further from the company. Does a company send a refund normally in that time? 

      If the case is reopened, will the process be the same? I'm trying to avoid another cycle of waiting another month and the company not following through.

      11.16.2022 This product was purchased. $79. Had to contact them separately to verify returns were possible. They said yes, within 90 days you could even return an empty bottle for a full refund. I returned the full bottle minus one tablet.1.9 Returned - directions as per **** followed exactly. If needed I have a copy of what was enclosed in the package. Order number: Order #************ Package tracked as received. I have the tracking slip, etc. **** called as had not heard confirmation as requested in documentation included with return - spoke with *** who explained it would take 13 business days to post back to payment method.2.1 which was 13 business days, no refund posted.2.5 called customer service only to be told published number on web site is not customer service but can only accept orders. Further, I could leave a request for them to call me however it would be Wednesday or Thursday before that happened.2.6 called back to try to reach customer service. The person put me on hold and never returned. I did, however, receive the an email just afterward. The email included case notes which stated the reason for return which was ONLY noted in the actual package so I know it was delivered/ received. Further it noted a case number Case #CASE0028317.Most of the above notes was emailed to the company. At that time I conveyed that I expected to have a refund and confirmation or I would file the complaint with the BBB.

      About two years ago, I ordered a product from Advanced Bionutritionals called Perfect Amino. I was very happy with it. I even told my sister about it and she ordered it and was impressed at it's speed of effects. I would have ordered more but being on a fixed income I couldn't afford it. But my sister ordered again. Since then, Advanced Bionutritionals sent to me several advertisements of their products. i ordered Perfect Amino again in November of last year (2022). I was thrilled. Recently, my brother, who is eighty three (83) years old, has confided in me to recommend health suggestions. I told him about Perfect Amino and he sent me the money to purchase it for him. I called Advanced Bionutritionals to order. I was told that a flag was on my name and that they can not place my order until I talk to customer service or a different department. I spoke to ***, *****, ******, ***** and a few others all on separate occasions trying to place this order and they all said the same thing, in essence, that they can not place my order until I talk to someone else and that they don't know why. I was told, the last few times that I called, that I need to talk to the supervisor or manager but strangely enough two ladies, on two separate occasions, said that they'll transfer me to one of them now.. The first transfer was disconnected and the second the lady came back and said he wont be in until after twelve o clock. I called back after twelve twice and I was told that they will have him to call me the same day. Needless to say, I didn't get a call at all. The last two times I called I was able to place the order but upon checking my finances I saw that the money was back in my account. Then the last time I called to replace the order ***** said that there is a flag on my name and he can't place my order until I talk to the manager or supervisor and he don't know why. Please help BBB!
