    Ordered 4 shirts- 2 as Valentines gifts, on January 24th. Today is February 12th. Order still shows processing with no updates. Reached out 3x via email with no response. Business has taken my money with no intent to actually deliver product.

    I ordered 2shirts from Power in Black on 01/02/25, the payment was immediately taken from my account. I have sent a follow up email asking what the status was of my order, of no good reason given, I have not received my package or response, is this a SCAM, u can make 2 t-shirts in 5 minutes. I would like to either have my package or money back expeditiously

    I purchased t shirts on January 4th and never received them. I reached out to this business for a refund and never got a response. My money was taken and goods were never received.

    Order placed November 20, 2024. Card drafted immediately. Received order confirmation (attached). Order status has never changed since placed. Never processed or shipped. Sent email follow-up received standard we will get back to you...high email volume. No follow up. I am leaving town and do not need Christmas t-shirts in January. I want a refund.

    I ordered 3 or 4 shirts about a month ago and they never came. I have emailed these people 5 or 6 times and they won't answer or return my calls. They owe me almost $100 and I want my money back.

    I purchased 6 We Are Family Christmas tshirts on November 7, 2024, order number PIB663065 for $111.48. The site boasted a ***** day shipment. I checked the ************* still has not been shipped out. Since its in process I cant request a refund, but I want one because they wont be here in time for the event!

    Have ordered from them in the past and received items without any issues and on time. Placed an order of 3 sweatshirts on October 22. Received confirmation of order and money was drafted from my account immediately after placing order. Their policy is that orders are shipped ***** business days after being placed. As of this complaint, it is 18 business days and my items still have not shipped. Sent an email about a week ago to only receive a confirmation of receiving that correspondence and a general response of them receiving a high volume of emails and it will be answered in the order it was received. Money taken from my bank account, order has not shipped and no communication or update given.

    I placed an order on Oct 19. Their shipping times are ***** business days. It's now been 21 business days and my order still hasn't shipped nor will they answer emails regarding my order.
