    I placed an order #Pk265441 with the above merchant on April 16, 2025 for $365.00 through the afterpay app and on April 22, 2025 someone from their business texted me to informed me that one of the wigs I ordered was out of stock, and they hadn't even shipped the order out to me. So I texted them back and told them to cancel my order and refund me my initial down payment I paid on the afterpay app. They said they would refund my initial payment of $89.00, in 2 days and it would be in my account 3-10 days. I never received my initial payment of $89.00 back to my account. But now they are claiming they sent out the order after I told them to cancel the order, I never received the order, and they are refusing to tell afterpay that I did not receive the order. They are attempting to extort money from me for merchandise I did not receive as well damaging my credit with afterpay. I have text messages conversation

    I ordered two wigs from the business. ***** mid delivered my package to the wrong home and asked for the business to file a claim. It has been one month and the business has not filed the claim and will not refund my money nor send a new package.

    we shipped the order on January 24th
    the package was delivered on Monday, 1/27/25 at 1:06 PM, the tracking number is 284702215899,FedEx shipped the package,
    All informaton can be founded on ***** official website and they provided the delivery proof,
    we did ship  the package,
    but as a responsible company, we still are willing to resend partial product as compensatipn when the customer contact us,
    Even it was not lost by us

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    fedex has accepted accountability that their driver did not deliver the package to my home and this picture was taken at a location other than my home. The company refused to file a claim with ***** in order to get the refund back to pay me and klarna. I requested on several occasions for the company to file a claim and it has been almost two months where they refused to do so. I will not accept partial when I paid in complete for the whole order.

    The company keeps texting me from new numbers even when I text stop. I contacted the company directly and they said they would remove my number and have failed to do so.

    I purchased a wig from this company.. it was advertised at HUMAN HAIR.. THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS 100% HUMAN HAIR.. IT'S IN A BALLED UP KNOT AFTER 3 DAYS OF WEARING IT.. I ADDED NO CHEMICALS. I WASN'T IN ANY POOLS.. ALL I DID WAS TRY TO WASH IT WITH SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER WHEN I REMOVED IT AND IT'S STUCK TOGETHER AND MATTED IN CERTAIN AREAS.. I'VE BEEN SOUND HAIR FOR OVER 17 YEARS AND I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE.. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR FOR THEM TO SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR..

    I requested multiple times for them to stop emailing me. I requested my account be deleted. After my request the emails increased. I dont want to block them I want the entire account I created deleted and out of their system.

    I order a wig and paid extra for the bye bye knots and precut. The unit arrived a week later on Friday. I opened it on Saturday and my surprise it didn't look like the picture I seen. I still seen the knots and I could clearly see it wasn't bleached at all. I tried to email them, my email wouldn't go through. I called the phone number wasn't active. So they have a message center on the site, I got to someone and they trying to justify that it was bleached. I have bleached hair went to shops and ********* on hair bleached and it wasn't bleached.

    First, the company is oversolicitous. However, the issue that I have is that there is a product that I purchased that is not like the website description nor does it look like the pictures on the website. I sent in a request to start a return in which you have to wait for a confirmation number but this is the last day for me to return this item and I still have not received a confirmation number. I'm trying to get someone to help me because I've reached out four different ways and still have heard nothing.
