    I contracted with Buckhead Fence for a 6ft vinyl fence which was installed on 4/18/25, however was not installed per contract specification which stated would be installed with gravel or cement for stability. I spoke with owner of company on day of installation and advised fence was not stable, he advised to give about a week for cement to set. I contacted owner on 5/5/25 to advise fence still not stable, he advised would be by the next day 5/6/25 to inspect, owner never showed for inspection. I contacted again on 5/8 stated would be there next day, again, no show. Several other appointments were scheduled for which owner was a no show. At this time I am requesting this company to either reinstall fence correctly or refund the installation fee of $2,447.00. Price of fence was $5,151.50, with deposit of $2,704.50 on 3/11/25,remainder on 4/18/25.

    *************** hired Buckhead fence to do a gate replacement job off a claim with TQL trucking. peachtree employed Buckhead fence to replace a broken fence. They sent a quote we went ahead with the repair and they required 1000 up front before fabrication. They took weeks to process our claim payment then over a month and a half and we still havent had the replacement and *** *** keeps rescheduling saying fabrication would be done. It was finished on Friday May 9th and we are still waiting for the gate delivery and installation. this is a rediculous amount of time and we have prepaid the job 2 months ag0. We share the building with another biz and We arent safe at night with a broken gate.
