Me and my husband have been receiving calls from a company called Coastal Capital Mediation Group. They leave threatening messages over and over. They claim that I owe for a loan that I had opened with ********* and that they were contacting me before sending this over to a court for judgement. I told her to go head as I have no loans or credit cards. Her name was *****. She was rude and hung up on me. I called back and left a voicemail for them to put me on their do not call list and that if they continue calling me or my husband that we will seek suit against them for harassment.Initial Complaint

In 2009 I took out a loan with a company who was automatically debiting my bank account for the payments. After several payments, I lost my job and called them to explain the situation and see if they would work with me and stop debiting my account so that it didn't get overdrawn. They refused and my account proceeded to get overdrawn multiple times. I was able to get my bank to stop processing the charges, but the damage had already been done. Years went by and I didn't hear anything about that account and then a few years ago some debt company purchased the debt and tried to threaten me into paying it off. I refused and eventually they sold the debt off to another company. Now it appears that Capital Mediation Group owns the debt and is being very persistent, even calling other people in my family in an attempt to scare us into paying off this debt that I will never pay. It is past the statute of limitations and this has not ever been on my credit report and still is not. They have no ground to stand on and are harassing me and my family and need to stop.Initial Complaint

I keep getting calls from Coastal Capitol Mediation Group. They leave a message and if I try to call them back I get no answer. I filed for bankruptcy in 2020 and company is trying to say that account that was discharged in bankruptcy is still valid and I will be getting a summons if I do not work with them. This company calls me daily multiple times. I'm fed up with it! They ask for money on a debt I do not own. They have been asked to stop calling and I've even blocked them. I'm on the do not call list and they still get through. They are very rude and make threats! I'm keeping track of each phone call so I can file a case against this company! This company Coastal Capital mediation group, calls everyday harassing me. I don't owe anything, I have no outstanding debt. When I called the one time they said I have a GAP card they are calling about. I told them send me paper work I have to sign for they hung up on me. They call every day with Threatening messages. They call with my madame name and my last 4 of my social. There is no such thing as this debt. I would like them to stop calling
