    I am filling this complaint against ******** Benton her business name is Benton.1988 I placed an order a total of 14 items on March 9th 2024 that I never received or get my money back this is unacceptable I am a victim of fraud/scams she scams a thousands of people posting fake blowup sales to have people order take their money I work hard for my money ******** Benton needs to be held accountable. I just want my 290.95$ back

    Benton was having a flash sale I have ordered from her before. I ordered a few items a few later I received an email stating that there is a delay in items being sent. I have received out several times. Benton made a post on Instagram about the delays. Several other customers had complained, and the post was deleted. I totally forgot and then i reached out again. I contacted my bank and they said there is nothing they can do its between and the merchant. I even wrote in her direct message and I have been ignored. I would like a refund

    On 3/15/25 I place an order in the amount of $53.94 that I never received, even after multiple email attempts. The comments section of the pictures on the business page were also cut off, due to multiple customers complaining about unreceived items.

    I placed an order to this business March 14, 2024 and I have yet to receive my items or a refund. The business sent out a message that shipping was behind and they were working on getting them out. After two months worth of waiting I emailed their support line with a status inquiry however received no response. Three emails were sent in May 2024 with no response. Planning on moving out of state, I emailed their support line two more times and again no response. July I emailed requesting a refund, yet again no response. My final email was sent November which also went unanswered.

    This online boutique had a sale on their clothing items. I bought a few pieces, but never received anything. Once I emailed her she apologized and said it was delays in shipping and that she was going to send a tracking number soon. The tracking number never came nor did my package.

    I placed an order due to a big sale the company is we having , I never received my order. I then contact the owner she never got back to me I emailed the company email and all. Its been since March ******* .

    I was deployed overseas and placed an order with this vendor in march 2024. After a few weeks i didnt have any shipping information and after months no response from the vendor . I noticed that other customers were complaining on social media of being scammed .

    I placed an order online from this company on 04/15/2024 for two pairs of jeans titled: twisted denim; unleashed denim. On 05/02/2024 and 05/20/2024 I reached out to the company customer support via email at ********************************************************************_no response from the company to date. I reached out to the company on instagram direct message on 05/06/2024, no reply. The money was taken out of my account and I still never received my merchandise. When I look up the order details it still says confirmed. No further action, I tried to dispute this transaction with my bank, but was told its a problem with the merchant. Its unfortunate because people work hard for their money to support shady businesses.

    I placed an order on 3/17/24 and I never received my purchase. I reached out to the business via Email/Dm on several occasions to be refunded no one responded. I reached out to ******** B the owner via dm she didnt respond at first I reached out several other times via Dm and finally I got a response stating that it has been requested but not refunded as of yet. I reached out several times again and no one is responding.

    I placed an order in March 2024, its now October and *** never received it. I reached out multiple times and sent multiple emails. They have turned off all forms of communication on their social medias and dont respond to emails. This company is a fraud!
