This vehicle was driven nearly 200 miles during the quality test drive on 12/09/2024 thru 12/19/24. A control arm and a CV axle were replaced, and emission was done on 12/19/24. The emission passed, which would not have passed with a bad catalytic converter. The vehicle was only driven for 13 additional miles after it passed emission until customer purchased it. We are therefor, not able to provide any goodwill service to customer.

On 3/31/2025 my fianc and I went to Pars Cars Sale at ***************** in *************** to purchase a vehicle. We sign off on a contract for a 2013 Chrysler country. The next day on 4/1/2025 I received several calls from two different employees saying two different things, one stated I needed to come in to resign paperwork and another one stated they was going to give me a refund. That same day I drove up there then the told me they wanted to refund me or I need to bring in more paperwork to verify my address told them I had to speak with my fianc to see what we was going to do about the vehicle. On, 4/2/2025 we spoke them an told them we was going to return the vehicle on 4/4/2025 once my fianc come back from out of town but he got back late. The next day on 4/5/2025 that morning they came and got the vehicle. He went down there the same day to get a refund. They told us we had to come back on Monday 4/7/2025 I told them that same day that someone stole my credit card that I used to put the down payment so, I couldnt use the same card to receive the refund. Today we went down there to get the refund back and they refuse to give me a refund and told me that the was charging me $800 for to towing the vehicle so the wasnt going to give me I full down payment of $1300 and $155 for insurance. They call the police on because I wanted my money I didnt do anything but request my money back. They officer gave us a complaint number.Business Response
Date: 04/15/2025
You were asked to bring the vehicle back due to the fact that you provided incorrect address information. You were going to receive a full refund if you brought it back the vehicle on the day we requested, which was April 1, 2025. You came but then left again in the vehicle saying you would be back later that same day after you went an dropped off your kids. You never returned. You say you intended to bring the vehicle back on 04/04, however, you still didn't return it. So, yes, the company sent a wrecker on 04/05 to pick up the vehicle. The wrecker fees come out of your down payment because you went 5 days without returning the vehicle. Also, we can only refund the difference of your down payment on the card you paid with. As a security protection for our company, the bank kicks back any refunds issued to a card that was not charged in the first place. You stated that "someone stole your debit card", therefore, there was nothing else we were able to do to accommodate you.

i purchased a 2004 chevrolet tahoe from pars cars in ****** ( was supposed to go to ****** ga and get it checked out due to it having check engine lights and leaks before me even leaving the dealership) on february 20th, 2025. i didnt have the car for 2 hours when i got home to put gas in it, and it wouldnt crank. the car had to be pushed out to the parking lot due to the risk of it getting towed. i contacted the dealer, no one answered. i contacted *** the salesman in *********, and he explained that something would be done. the vehicle randomly cranked the next morning, so i drove it to the dealership to be check out. once i got to the dealership it did the same thing it was doing on february 20th. i explained to them what was going on, and the salesman seen himself what was wrong with the vehicle. i was not offered a refund, or a replacement vehicle. i feel thats its wrong to have a vehicle that you havent had for 24hours , and it doesnt run. and it has since been reported on my credit as a repossession, as its been sitting on the lot since day 1.Business Response

On Feb 5 I purchased a 2008 Grand caravan. I was originally told another vehicle on the lot would be my purchase. After hours of waiting I find out it's a Dodge caravan yet at another location. I signed all the documents and paid without even seeing the vehicle. I had to **** myself to another location just to pick up the vehicle. I initially noticed the driver window down and was given one key. I found out that same night the key didn't unlock the car. I was locked out several times. Two weeks after receiving the car it randomly made a clock noice and my speed decreased to 20mph and made a noise. I could barely drive the vehicle. After a month of calling and never reaching anyone the loan company called due to non payment. I assumed someone would contact me then and I was correct. When finally reaching the dealership I was told to bring the car to yet another location to fix it. When arriving no one knew I was coming and told me to come back at 2pm it was 9am. I left the car to find out days later they were waiting to get approval to order the parts. A mechanic told me I'd need a new transmission and they probably rolled the mileage back. I feel I was discriminated against for being a woman. It has been two weeks and not a word. Ive now lost my job and cannot pay my rent or bills and completely depressed. I was so frustrated with life I almost committed suicide. I have five children and this vehicle has cost me more money than I gained.Business Response

I returned the car to the dealership location on March 13th, "it being fixed on March 12th" is impossible. I called the following Monday. I was told the car needed to be approved to see if the parts could be ordered by the manager at the ********* location. I was transferred by there customer service, originally told that was impossible. I called again for two weeks. I was told by customer service I could not be transferred so I was unable to reach anyone. I finally found the cellphone number of the agent who sold me the car. The manager ****** told me he hadn't gotten an update and they would be calling me. I hadnt saved the agents number so when almost two weeks went by I tried calling, the phone would just hang up. I also let my auto loan company know the entire time, which was why I was going to be behind in the payment due on the 19, car issues and never hearing from anyone about repairs. The manager at my auto loan company even stated he would contact Pars cars on my behalf. After two weeks and I hadn't heard from anyone I filled a complaint with the BBB.Customer Answer

We sincerely apologize. It was our understanding that the manager that you spoke with at the loan company was relaying all the service information to you. I also apologize for my error stating that the repair order was opened on 03/12 , it was 3/13. Unfortunately, since you had the vehicle more that 30 days, we will not refund the down payment.Customer Answer

Complaint: 23112339
I am rejecting this response because it is not satisfying. I've lost way more money than the car is even worth. My first car loan reputation ruined over a car I had issues with two weeks after purchase. Not being able to reach anyone over the phone or by Email makes it very hard to reach anyone to resolve issues. I am more than certain the mileage on the car was pushed back being the documents I signed, prior to even seeing the car stated a very different and lower mileage. The check engine light was cleared out and the car was passed off to me being a female fully unaware of the scandal and fraud. I was given one key which did not unlock the car which wasn't disclosed to me causing me to sit in the car a hour before being locked out.
Sincerely,

We understand that you are not satisfied. We took the vehicle for repairs even after you having the vehicle for a month, as a gesture of goodwill. We were also of the understanding that you were speaking with someone at the lien holder company, and that they were relaying the status information to you. We also understand that you voluntarily surrendered the vehicle to lien holder before repairs were even finished. Therefore, we have considered the matter closed after the surrender of the vehicle.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle was turned in for repairs. Repairs that were not reported completed ironically until after two weeks without hearing from anyone and filled with the BBB. I'm assuming if what was stated had any truth that would have been mentioned prior. I will not stop here. #Boycottparscars will be all over as well as **********, I will not stop at the news until no one purchases another vehicle. From your reviews you have a record of mishandling your clients. You will stop at nothing to make a **** even if that means putting a mother of five in a vehicle, signing all documentation without even seeing the vehicle knowing the vehicle isn't work the ****** paid. Of course you'd make an excuse to take my money and resell the car. We both know no one reached out to me even after I tried to reach someone. I've left a review online, no one even contacted me about the review. Of course time extended to a month by the time the car was actually turned in for repairs to yet another location than the one purchased from.

One company gave another company my information Under 15 U.S.C. 1681, and 15 USC 1692 I have the right to dispute any inaccurate or incomplete information on my credit report. This is illegal this account is not mine I have asked them to validate this debt and they cannot. I would like it removed from my credit report or I will file a law suite. Purchased a 2002 ****** Sentra on 02/07/2025. Within the 1st hour of owning the vehicle the check engine and oil lights were on. I contacted the business, they had me return to have the car looked at. Service was done within an hour, no explanation was given .. I was just handed the **** and told it was "Better Now." However, it was not better. The car continued to make a "Clanking" noise as if something wasn't right. The business has stopped answering my calls or replying to emails. Bought a car on 12/09/2024, they were dishonest about the price of the car and the monthly payments. They first said it would be $300 a month and then after we signed the paperwork, they changed it to $300 biweekly. They never told us the price of the car, until it showed up on our loan saying its $14,000. The car has wiring issues and has been messing with the system since we bought it, and now, the alternator is shot and the car is no longer drivable.Business Response
Date: 02/14/2025
We understand your frustrations. However, we will not consider a refund or a replacement for the following reasons:
1)You purchased the vehicle "As Is" and signed acknowledgment of that policy. 2) You stated that the alternator went out. That is something that goes out on a vehicle without prior warning. 3) The vehicle passed emission before sold with mileage at *******. Now, via your photo, the vehicle has *******. You drove the vehicle for ***** miles while in your possession. 4) That means that repairs, maintenance, & oil changes (which should be every 3000 miles or 5000 at very the most) are normal wear and tear, and is customer's responsibility.
ALSO....We do NOT change any documents after the customer has signed the terms and amounts! Your comment was FALSE!

I show that your contract has bi-weekly and it has your signature on it. Therefore, you were told at the time of purchase when business office staff went over your documents with you for your signatures.
Batteries and alternators can go out without any notice except a light may come on the dash alerting that vehicle needs service. You have driven the vehicle 5200+ miles and we are not responsible for maintaining your vehicle's service. That includes when your battery and/or your alternator goes out.
