In may of 2024 i received new tires including tire installation, balance and rotation of my tires. My tires were improperly replaced and installed leading me to be in a collision. I have proof of everything. I reached out to file a complaint with Kia *********************** however they changed and updated the invoice to make it seem as if my car was like that upon arrival, i have documentation to prove that as well. My vehicle is totaled and could have cost me my life, i now suffer injuries because of the incident. My vehicle was brand new, no issues were involved with my vehicle besides the person who put the tires on my vehicle. My tire code in my car remained on even after receiving the work done on the tires.

I took our family car to the dealers to receive an oil change which was $90 and to get a list of the issues on the car so they could be fixed. While the car was in ***** care they made me aware of the things I already knew was wrong with the car. I just needed the list and the price for parts therefore I could go somewhere affordable. Being mindful there was nothing wrong with the car no issues in cranking over heating or driving we recently been using the car. After I got the car from the dealership and decided to go home for the day. As I am driving on the highway the car temperature immediately shoots to hot and forced me to pull over which was confusing because it never done that before. One of the listed issues on the car was it need a radiator which was know but it hasn't given any problems. So I get out and check under the hood and when I do I notice that the radiator cap was missing and I know it was on the car when I bought it to the dealership they didn't say I needed a cap or that it was missing nor was it among the parts to get to fix the car. So when I called the business to basically explain to them the a technician failed to put the radiator cap back on which cause me to basically lose an entire car because it stopped working and I have to get towed home. They tried to make it seem like it was common and was not trying to accept responsibility or help with the situation and now I'm out of something as valuable as a car and it's gone cost more to fix what's wrong with the car now than it was before. I have the paperwork to prove it my thing is you don't think to check after a mechanic but please do to make sure all the parts are on your car. I would like for the car to be fixed as a refund but if not I want all the money back I spent on that car that day before it was rendered useless by them because they costed me an entire car which is highly expensive nowadays. The car still has $20 worth of gas in it so much money wasted.

I brought my car to kia Atlanta south for hecu recall service on my optima sx but they did not do the work of replacing the fuses with new one instead the only file the paperwork that the recall service was completed to collect the recall payment from *** and now I can't bring my car to another dealership to do the recall service without paying for it out of pocket. This dealership is a scammer. I call them about it and they have not call me back yet.

On September 17th, 2024, I had my Red 2013 *** ****** towed to the Kia Atlanta South dealership because while driving I noticed all my dashboard lights come on then I started losing power. Once I pulled over and stopped I could no longer turn over the ignition. My windows still worked, the radio was still on, as well as, all lights. So I made an appointment to have my car towed on September 18 at 7:30 am, I decided to have it towed the day before so that I would not miss my appointment time.On 9/20, I started calling to get the status of my car. I was told *** hadn't started the diagnostic test which takes 3-5 days. My next call was on 10/3, didn't speak with my advisor Ms ****** Parks. Most times the mailbox was full or she was not available. I finally was able to talk to Ms ****** 10/7, she stated she would find out what was going on and would call me back, no return call. I called 10/9, mailbox full. I called 10/14, the mailbox was full, and no one had contacted me regarding my car. On 10/15, Ms ****** called and said they did a scan and found no codes and needed to do the diagnostic. Now it's 10/18, my car has been there a month, and still nothing. On 10/23, I left a message for Ms ******* on 10/25, Ms ****** called and stated the Tech said I needed a battery. When the car was towed to the dealership the battery was charged, so now after sitting at the dealer for a month, I need a new battery. The tech would not look at the car without me purchasing a $200 battery. Ms ****** informed me the best way to communicate was by text. On 10/4, I texted Ms ******* and my car is no closer to being fixed or even knowing what is wrong with it. This is not acceptable. I don't have an extra car, I have missed work and they said I had to pay for a rental if I needed one, that was something they don't offer. I'm sorry, this is bad customer service, bad business in the service department and what was the point of making a appointment. I need my car fixed by the dealership!!

I purchased a new Kia ********* *************************************************************************** repaired prior to the delivery. Cars are released from the manufacturer and dealer without proper inspections. This leaves consumers with cars that are not properly built. My windshield wiper auto function was not plugged in. The radio settings are not consistently set before the vehicle is delivered. For example, my car would disconnect my phone and radio prior to opening doors, which is contrary to the White 2022 telluride I purchased in October of 2021. My passengers seat is not put together correctly. I notified the dealer in August or September. The dealer had problems contacting ******** Warranty. So, the dealer service department decided to purchase a new seat and advised me that the new seat was ordered and would be installed upon arrival. So, a new seat was promised but not delivered. November 15th I had an appointment to have the new seat installed but now the service department ****** that ************************ will not reimburse the dealer for a new seat, and the repair should be a new seat cover. Now, ** required to wait for the arrival of a new seat cover to fix my seat issue. All the while inconveniencing me when the dealer and ********orate have been paid for the purchase of the vehicle. It is time for ********orate and/or dealer to uphold their end of the bargain. Please keep-in-mind that this is a 60K car with defects that could have easily been fixed prior to delivery if proper inspections were followed. I also pointed out to the service tech that there are paint fingerprints on the outside of the car window frame. The service tech has promised a new window frame part to replace the one with paint fingerprints. Im not sure when the part will arrive. Also, there is a paint handprint on the inside passenger door. The dealer tech states that they were able to cleared it off. My expectation defective part = new part.

The dealer never called to say the seat cover, or the black molding arrived at the dealer and the items were ready to be installed.  Again poor customer service.  Also, the service department never assessed the passenger seat that has a lump in the form under the leather.  I asked the service tech to review this issue after the dealer had determined that their initial agreement to replace the seat was no longer valid.  If the seat was replaced hen both problems would have been resolved.  So, we still have all the following outstanding issue:  paint fingerprint on the black molding (replace black molding passenger side), the replacement of leather cover of the front passenger seat and the lump in the foam under the leather on the passenger seat.
Also, this confirms that the cars are released from the manufacture and dealer is delivering cars to customers with defects.  Im not asking the dealer to do anything more than to provide what I paid for new vehicle that is free from defects.  I have returned the vehicle several times for issues.  As a consumer it is my goal to receive a good product and be treated with respect when my concerns are voiced.

Please see the attached picture of the lump under the leather.

    Thanks,
