    I was notified only 3 days ago, by the housing department of my school, Clayton ******************************************* University, that I had until Friday, 6/6/2025 to be out of my dorm. There was no previous notice given whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable!! I am a 20 year old college student with the college dorm being my only place to stay. It is extremely unprofessional and unethical to give students less than a week's notice informing us that we have to be out of our dorms! Also, I was told by the bursar's office that whether I move out of my dorm or not, I will still be responsible for paying almost $2000 in fees for the dorm which makes absolutely no sense! Why am I responsible for paying for a unit that I will not be occupying?! On top of that, the dorms are not up to code and have had ongoing issues for months. My ceiling is severely damaged which is a safety hazard, and there is a severe ***** infestation. Nothing ever gets fixed or treated properly. In addition to this report, I will also be contacting an attorney and code enforcement. I have HAD it with this school!

    The university is having an issue with illegally holding funds. The funds should have been disbursed before the start of the semester. There seemed to be account issues were the funds were placed on my account on 2/7 and they somehow disappeared. The university is now stating as of 2/11 that they will be disbursed 10 days after March 27. I would like the contact info for *********** which is an office of the ************************** to address this to have an more accurate timeline and the guidelines that are supposed to be implemented.

    Forty dollar application fee which was never processed I decided because of the length of time it was taking to withdraw my application requested the 40 dollars from admission but request was declined because of the non refund clause but since the application was never acted upon I demand a refund
