    I would like to file a formal complaint against ****** Reed Home Improvements LLC. I hired Mr. **** to do some repair work at my home in **********, ** back in August of 2023. The work consisted of replacing the upper and lower deck hand rails of my home which he did for a price of $1,000 which was paid in full by check. I also asked Mr. **** to repair a pergola in front of my home and to add some hand rails to the 3-4 stairs to the entrance of my home in which Mr. **** stated would cost $500 each. Mr. **** started the repairs on the pergola but NEVER finished the job and he was paid the $500.00 in full by check. Mr. **** also started the handrails by installing to upper post, he NEVER FINISHED EITHER JOB. As of 9-21-24 Mr. **** has not returned to finish either job or REFUNDED MY MONEY FOR THE PERGOLA in which he was paid $500.00. Me and my wife have contacted Mr. **** through phone calls and text messages and he has avoided us. On 9-12-24 Mr. **** stopped by my house around 11 am told me he would return on 9-21-24 to complete the work he had started on the hand rails. Myself and a friend completed the work on the pergola so I didn't need his services for that anymore. On 9-20-24 Mr. **** texted my wife stating he would not be out on Saturday 9-21-24 to complete the installation of the hand rails. I would like to have a FULL REFUND OF MY $500.00 for the pergola work Mr. **** did not complete. I also would like to have this FORMAL COMPLAINT against Mr. **** filed against him. Thank you.
