            They came to my home to fix my heater. Said I had a bad control box Would call in two days to come back to fix it. I went and ran errands, and came home and the house was hot. No air. I called them, and he said he told me I'd have no air until they fixed the control box. He said nothing about not having air. He then got mad and told me to find someone else and hung up on me. I called another company, who were great! They came that same day, looked up in attic, and the doors to the heater were lying on the floor. He put the heater doors back up and air came on. They replaced my control box. He told me Bolton refrigeration, should have put the heater panels back up. When they're up, it triggers a switch to turn the air on. They replaced the control box and did it in 2 days! Yay! Phelps heating & Air.

            We answered the call in a timley manner. On arrival the lady was already in a bad mood telling us that her mortgage company had messed up her taxes or intrest rate, and that her home warranty was no good. She was miserable. I diagnosed a control board failure and told her that we would aquire the part and return to install the same day if possible. We found the part close by and was to return that evening to finish. Meanwhile she called (still in her bad mood and started the cursing. When the cursing starts that is when we walk away.
            She then called back and apologized for her behavior and told me "Im sorry about cursing you but if you still want the **** job then get to it !!!!!" We advised her to call someone else, at that point we had enough of her lack of respect. If she choses to act like a child then I have no desire to help. If Ms ******** is going to act like a child at least tell the truth. You maam are lying. Shame on you.
