              12/21/2023 They failed to see our payment and shut off our power even though we paid the bill on time. They failed to adjust and blamed us for what was an internal communication on their part. We ended up paying $500+ just for a monthly bill even nothing changed with our meter or usage. Everyone hates them and prefers ************** I hope they go out of business soon or their franchise is revoked by the state soon. Hate them with every fiber of my being for trying to freeze my baby children.
