    I went to buy a truck from Georgia world trucks. The truck drove good for 2 days. On that 3 day, the check engine light came on. Then I call to let him know. He tells me I might have left lights on that cause the check engine. I drove it back to him and the light went off. The other guy that works with him told me to bring it back if light comes back on so he can see what the issue is. Light is back on and I reach out but have not gotten an answer back.

    I have called the Customer few times to address his issue. He said He has the passed emission and check engine light went off.. I have attached a copy of our text conversation.

    Secondly, I have attached AS-IS form too. I have asked him if he would like to get a warranty, and he told us he will get one of his on. So there was nothing we did wrong in this or any transection in 35 years of my business.

    You never offered me a warranty. You didnt not want to help resolve the issue. I have an over 15 ppl hearing you and they all said they will write a complaint if need be. I took it to someone just like you suggested and got the truck fix and it was not a simple tune up. I told you that before you got rude.

    This business has actually relocated to :www.georgiatruckworld.co Georgia Truck World ************************************************** ~5.8 ** ************** This business sold a car to me knowing the car was in bad shape and actually falsely turned off the check engine light and made an oil stick for the vehicle that they KNEW was not good. The check engine light came on 2 days after buying the car. The automotive mechanic I took it to stated they were familiar with the vehicle because they warned the dealer about the multiple problems with the car. Yet the dealer would not do the necessary repairs. The mechanic shop refused to fix the vehicle because of the shady practices of the dealer. So, I had to go another county for repairs. The vehicle needed over $10k worth of repairs. I purchased a warranty, but the warranty company had serious concerns about the state of the vehicle as well. This dealership is selling terrible cars to unsuspecting people and practicing unsafe tactics when doing mechanic work. The one mechanic I was able to find showed me all of the unsafe rigged things that were done to the vehicle which is why it is so expensive to repair. The warranty company sent someone out to see for themselves how bad the rigged unsafe parts were. I attached a receipt for the repairs which I still had to pay over $4k of my own money. Then this guy stated one price but tried to sell it at a higher price! Please do not buy a vehicle from this dealer!!! Please take your business elsewhere. He has changed his location from ******* to *********, **. I guess the consumers in ******* caught on to his scheme so he came to ********* **

    This is the first time i got this email...This Vehicle was sold 20th of feb 2024, we have not received any calls from the customer for any issues or even a text. I will attached all the docs for this sale... Vehicle was sold with no check engine light on and  we passed the emission before the sale. I just dont understand what the customer talking about and referring to what mechanic. Vehicle was sold  AS-IS. and Customer purchased a third party warranty too. Im not sure where did i go wrong.

    I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and I am paying him under the table. He says he there to help his customers but he is not. He is very rude. I have messaged where he tells me not to contact him but yet repo my car. I have tired to finds ways to pay him I have text messages as proof. He is a liar he told me his dad died but yet says his dad need proof because he is the owner. How does a deceased person need that.

    I purchased a 2019 ****** Altima on 07/20/2023. I paid ******** cash for it. I drove it home that day with the odometer reading ******. On 07/23/2023, I drove it a few miles, then back home . On 7/28 /23, I Went to crank the car, the engine light came on and attempted to crank it 3 times but it kept shutting off. I contacted the seller on 07/29/23 by text . He replied back saying that he would contact their mechanic. The mechanic text me on 08/01/23, Saying that it will be ****** for him to do a diagnostic. Never heard anything else from him after that. On 07/31/23 me and my wife actually talked to the seller. He replied that they would take care of the diagnostic fee, he also made a comment that all their cars are reliable and that they will make it right. Before we ended our conversation, he said to expect a phone call from either him or his boss by Wed 08/2/23. No call or text. We decided to give them the whole day to call. Still nothing. On 08/3/23, I called Georgia Truck World and the seller number more than once, I got no answer, I left a message and still just crickets sound. No call, no text, no nothing from any of them. I remember in a past conversation of ours he asked have I taken the car to ****** yet. So on 8/05/24. I had to get my car towed to the ****** Dealership in ********* for ****** for them to do a diagnostic test. It's Still the day of, so I'm just waiting for them to call with the results. I do want to be reimbursed for the towing and diagnostic test. They have sold me a car for basically ********* that should have never been on their lot for sale. They knew something was wrong with that car when they sold it. I will give them the opportunity to make it right. Repair all costs, Refund all my money back, last option if not an affordable fix, is an exchange. Because of their bad business, I really don't want anything else from off their lot.
