    Was over charged and lied to..He also try to charge me 13% on Transmission. Said van was ready to be test driven on on Tuesday.. Went by on Wednesday and new transmission was in box in parking lot. Paid extra ****** to get my work van back on Monday..Got it back on Thursday.

    Please note that our team met the agreed-upon deadline, and your van was ready for pickup on the scheduled day. However, you had already extended your rental period and informed us that you would pick up your van on Friday. This decision was made by you, and we were not responsible for any additional rental fees incurred.

    We want to reiterate that you were fully informed of all costs associated with the repair, including the expedited transmission fee. Our team worked diligently to ensure your van was ready on time, and we delivered on our promise.
