    We are needing our Solar system maintenance. It has been down for 2 weeks. We have not received any help from BluSolar to resolve the issue. The numbers listed redirect us to a completely different company, who do not have our acct. When we finally got an hold of a project manager they said to give them 24hrsthat was two weeks ago. Since then our texts and calls to them have gone unanswered.

    Entering our agreement with Blu Solar was a huge mistake. Our system was inactive for over six months after it was installed, due to Blu Solar's complete ineptitude and lack of customer service knowledge to submit proper permitting and communication with our power company and us as their customers. Our system has been operating for close to a full year now, and we have yet to come even close to recuperating the cost of the system, while also paying sometimes very high power bills. Originally we were told by the rep from Blu Solar that the system would eliminate our power ****. Obviously this was a lie, as we have not had one single month of net negative energy production over the last year of the system's operation. This company is based on a shameless cash grab, and they refuse to respond to any phone calls or emails from us regarding ongoing service issues. Do not do business with this company. They are awful.

    It looks like I may have dodged a bullet with this one (almost). I talked to a representative in April about installation. I got approved for a loan and have been waiting for installation. It is now August and still no installation. The last contact I had was in June when I initiated a call to get a status update. At that time I called the representative for the update. During the conversation, he made sure I knew that I could call the office for updates. I have recently reached out (calling the office) and have not received a response within the last week. I decided to contact the loan company to request that my loan agreement is cancelled.
