I traded in my vehicle to McDonough Nissan on May 23, 2023. Prior to that, I made a lump sum payment to cover monthly payments through September (not principal) and requested a refund of those future payments at trade-in. The dealership agreed to apply the payment toward monthly payments, and I was told I wouldn't owe anything until September. Two weeks after trading in, the dealership contacted me claiming I owed $2,000. I agreed to return the car if needed, but the dealership never followed up. Weeks later, they said I owed $1,000, and now claim I owe $3,000. They are refusing to release my license plate and registration unless I pay, which prevents me from driving legally.I contacted the finance company (Santander Consumer), and they confirmed the vehicle has not been paid off and that the only contact from the dealership was a payoff inquiry on June 2.The dealership is now withholding my registration unlawfully, miscommunicated about the payoff, and has given me no itemized documentation. I am seeking help to get my documents and resolve the issue.

Traveling in *******, transmission failed, directed to Nissan McDonough for consideration on repair. No assistance given. On site financing would only approve $890. Repair cost $6600. ****** after explaining to salesman, was under the impression salesman was helping. Unable to get repair financed but there was no problem placing me in a $40k vehicle which I cannot afford. On arrival home attempts were made to contact dealership and salesman. Initially, he led me to believe he was helping me but the silence has been deafening. Additionally finance company was notified

They advertised a deal for $125 down and drive did not state you needed perfect or even good credit. We went they did a credit check 6 times which dropped my credit score a good bit just to be told I needed a cosigner. False advertising is illegal stop doing it to get people in

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in June of 2023. The vehicle was stolen in May of 2024. I was in contact with Total Watranty Services(GAP COVERAGE) that advised me a refund was sent to the dealership who in turn would forward payment to the lien holder associated credit union. I have attempted to contact personnel by phone and would be hung up on repeatedly. I went to the location in person and was told that all paperwork was received and payment would be issued. It had not to date. I call daily and leave voicemail messages and none are returned ever!

I am submitting this fraud/misrepresentation claim against McDonough Nissan in McDonough, Georgia, due to being misled and lied to during my purchase of a 2021 Nissan Rogue on 12-26-23. *********** was *************************, who assured me that trading in my 2019 ****** Rav4 would not result in a financial loss and that financing through Nissan ************************ (****) came with a warranty, of no extra cost, which significantly influenced my decision to proceed with the purchase.I was reassured multiple times with *********** that I would not be upside down on my trade-in. While signing my paperwork in the finance department, I noticed that the price of the car was $9,000 more than what was advertised. I asked *************** I was working with, about the price and he told me that it was the total of the car with the interest of the loan included in. I also got presented with extra warranty paperwork, which I turned down, and told him that the only warranty should be is the one through ****. The next day, I looked at my paperwork and didn't see the advertised price, and saw that the $9,000 extra was the base price of the car without the interest of the loan included. I called ***********, told him I didn't see the original price on my paper. He told me he would get with finance and get back with me. That was 12-27-23 and didn't get a call back. I called him a few times on 12-28-23 with no response. I didn't get a call back from the dealership until 12-29-23, and that was because I sent in a request to Nissan to have the dealership call me. The finance director, *************************, called me to see if I had any questions. In that conversation, he told me that I was upside down on my trade-in and the warranty did not come with ****, but it was included in the price along with another warranty. I told him that *********** lied to me on the trade in and the warranty. I asked for a full breakdown of the Nissan car that shows everything added to the price, never received it

On Thursday, November 9, 2023, I entered an agreement to purchase a Cadillac, CTS Coup from Nissan McDonough car dealership. They had the car listed on CarGurus for $15,874. CarGurus showed the car only valued at $13,239. I purchased the car for $13,718 (almost $500 more than it was worth). I am not upset at all about the price that I paid for it. However, I am extremely upset about the lack of honesty in the follow through in completing an item listed on the "WE OWE" document.I had insisted that the wheels be repaired, the wrinkled window tint removed and the headlights polished (to my satisfaction), --see attachment 1. When I picked up my car this last Tuesday, November 28, the headlights were still fogged over! After talking to *********************** and ****, sales manager, I became so frustrated because they refused to honor the contract, which clearly included the "headlights polished to my satisfaction." Look at attachment 2, pics of the headlights. I don't think the headlights were ever polished! They look the same to me as when I first saw the vehicle. I want the headlights redone to my satisfaction or the dealership reimburse me $330 for the price of a set of new headlights I found (and told ****** about) on Ebay.I have visited the dealership on two occasions in hopes of talking with *********************, General Manager. Since he was not available, I left messages to have him call me. I called him on at least two other occasions and left messages for him to call me. No return call was ever made to me. Last week, December 14, I started insisting that my complaint be taken to arbitration. This option was listed on my paperwork when I closed the deal in their ***** department. I have made calls to either ****, the Sales Manager, or to *********************, General Manager, a minimum of eight times in an effort to get this resolved. It is apparent to me that ************************* is the only one who is authorized to set up Arbitration. I want ARBITRATION!

WORST dealership ever!!! PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!Bought a 2018 Nissan Titan cash and the next morning 2 check engine lights come on. They say its a 500$ fix and wont fix it PERIOD because they said they checked the truck and no codes came up which is a lie OBVIOUSLY considering the very next day the codes popped up (conveniently thats about how long it takes the code to come back up when I clear it myself). When talking to GM ***** about why they would not cover this when obviously it was being hidden and for the sake of their reputation if they could work with me, he was rude and un phased completely which began to upset me, and apparently I hurt his feelings by using bad words so I replied so sorry for hurting your feelings let me start over so I can understand how this is fair or makes any sense because this is a PROBLEM!! and he promptly hung up on me with no returned call. Horrible customer service, ruined my entire car buying experience and I cant even enjoy my truck. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else!

On Saturday, 6/10/2023, I went to McDonough Nissan to get my brakes and rotors changed out with a coupon that they had on the internet for $249.95 Advantage Package. When I provided the coupon the Lane ******* refused to take the coupon and proceeded to focus on a coupon on their website that would cost me a total of $474.00 plus tax for the same job. He was rude and demeaning, telling me that he wasn't going to accept "THEIR" coupon and told me to just "go sit down" which was highly offensive and inappropriate. I requested to speak with the Service ******* ***** who too didn't want to accept the coupon and called someone who he said authorized him to accept the coupon reluctantly, and stated that the brakes were going to probably squeak. which I later determined that the outer covering on the rotor was not removed and caused the brakes to squeal. The Service ******* and the Lane ******* conspired to not fix my vehicle properly and I later reached out to the General ******* who refused to speak with me to address my concerns. I have now learned that the BBB has their dealership rated as "F" which is not surprising.I have pictures. Both the service advisor and the service manager need to be terminated for their lack of professionalism and the potential of my safety being jeopardized my life with these brakes not being installed properly. Alarming to say the least, *****, the Service ******* and the Lane ******* who I don't know his name getting upset because of a coupon and not providing quality service to a long-time customer of ******************** is appalling. I'm in Augusta having to drive a vehicle that's unfit to be on the road. Need assistance in resolving these issues with my brakes and the employees of McDonough Nissan who purposely sabotaged.
