Unfortunately the CEO and *** dont know how to do proper business and dont really care to; they want employees who work for cheap and have low self worth so they can get you to do all types of jobs like a personal assistant. Last minute or after youre off? Doesnt matter. Your needs dont matter and the business needs come first and foremost. They wont tell you that their business consistently fails when you get there, but will blame you for ANY mishaps. Theyll call you a manager putting all types of responsibility on you while continuing to treat you like trash because they actually hate the business and dont want to be there, but want you to dedicate your life to it. They constantly put unnecessary pressure on employees by keeping the place understaffed and doing things unprofessionally, while employees are expected to clean up their mess. They also will say theyll reimburse you for things you pay out of pocket but wont or delay. They also LOVE to turn you against other coworkers and engage in their power plays. They try to use intimidation tactics and back you into corners regardless of if youve stayed professional or added value to the business. Everything is a weird chess game or power play. The *** is extremely aggressive and cant stay professional to save his life because of his temper. Both owners are extremely egotistical to the point they think nobody can see them clearly. If you hate the business, sell it, because how you run the business and treat the employees reflects it. Despite consistently showing up for this business, working beyond hours and proving my dedication, I fortunately got fired for taking off one day for an internship i had to get through to graduate college, which theyd known about prior to.

I signed up to be their mystery shopper for over 3 years and each time I applied the request was denied. When I asked why, they would say that I would not have enough time to be in ******* long enough to do the shop. For God's sake, I was staying in ******* for 24 hours! Another two instances I applied for shops in ******* and *************. Those shops were on the job boards for days but just right after I applied I was sent an email saying that it had been assigned to another shopper. Yeah, what a coincidence. I would not bother with these jokers. No wonder they don't make it big.
