This business has contacted me threatening me over a car I gave back to the lender 13 years ago. The lender sold the car and never sent me a bill for the remaining amount owed. I have not heard anything about this for ************************************************************************ taken to court for but this company has some guy name **** calling me not telling me they are a debt collector and threatening to have my wages garnished and take my property and any cars I have now or I can pay them a one time payment of ********. I don't owe anything on this and I will not be paying for something that I have not heard about in ***************************************************************** over at this point. I used to be a debt collector and worked first party for *********** auto and they are violating my rights as well as breaking the law. They need to stop threatening me and they need to realize they must follow the laws according to the state I live in. They need to come to an agreement to leave me alone and let the bad debt they bought go.

A gentleman named ********************* stated that if I didn't pay almost $600 by 2pm last Friday that "the matter" would go to court and the court date would be for Thursday which is today and if my mom didn't show up that there would be a warrant issued for her arrest. Last Friday was the first time I was hearing anything about this, I asked the gentleman for information on the paperwork her stated was mail out and he refused to send me any proper documentation. He emailed me something that looked like an itemized bill but did not have the company name on it and just did not seem legitimate. I kept asking him for more information such as an address to this said company and the name which he refused to give me a proper address and told me that the name of the company was S. W. Associates and that they were located in *******. That I could look it up online and I let him know that when I did it stated that they were located in ************** and that the company listed was a home realtor company. At this point my mother called his number and he told me to hold on that she was calling him. He put me on hold and turned around and told her "your daughter is being a real A-hole." At that point my mother lost it on him. He refused to give me any credible information on the so called company and hung up on me.
