    I ordered an Amazon Gift card in August of 2023 and never received it. I was told they would replace it and never received that. I do not get replies from emails and get a run around when I call, call back later between 1 and 5 ; we will email you in the next ***** hours. I am looking for $ **********************

    TSYS Is a credit card processor I have sent a written cancelation request first on about August 31st 2023 as shown in the attached document it was received 9-9-23. TSYS continued to charge $235.90 per month TSYS was contacted and they said they would not cancel because the previous cancel request did not give a reason for the cancellation. TSYS then sent a cancelation form that they use the form was filled out and returned on 11-7-23. On 11-20-23 TSYS replied that the cancelation was declined because of a signature mismatch and requested a copy of drivers license. The Copy of the ** has been sent but I am sure that instead of canceling the account ****************** will just decline for a different reason and continue to steal a few hundred dollars per month unless we can get some help. I have attached the last 3 statements that show no activity in the account and the transcript on TSYS's portal. Thank You for your help!

    Our credit union uses TSYS to book miles earned on their credit card for travel. In June we used our miles to book flights to ****, **** suing the credit Union's Fly Miles ******* which uses TSYS Loyalty. On ******************* issued a state of emergency as they have had multiple violent protests and airports shut down. In light of the unstable situation we called the travel agent to cancel our trip and request a refund. We have spent 4 days talking to different agents at TSYS who have given us different information. The last two agents told me TSYS can not help me that the airline Latam has to make any changes, refunds. After calling Latam and ***** airlines both say that since the ticket was issued by a travel agent , that agency has to make changes, cancellations, etc. We have gone round and round and gotten no help. The travel agent should be the customers advocate and help us but they have refused and the last two calls the agent was very rude. We are just looking for the agency to help us cancel the flight (they booked) and ideally get us a refund. If not at the very least a credit to use in the future with no fees as the circumstances are beyond our control.
