    I had a package boxed up to send to ****. I took it to the ups store may 1st 2025 and had them ship it. I paid for expedited shipping. They gave me. Tracking number. Said it would be there the following Monday. Fast forward 3 weeks and no package had been delivered. I typed in my tracking number and it says it was a tracking number for USPS. So I called the ups store and they told me that USPS picked it up. But usps says they dont have it and it was awaiting pickup from ups store.. needless to say nobody wants to take responsibility for my package getting lost. I feel that ups store should take sole responsibility for the package since USPS says it was never scanned into their system. The "manager" has been supposed to call me back with a resolution for 3 days now and every time I call or go down there she's "not in". So not only did they charge me $90 to ship it (usps says they only charged $22) but now they won't take responsibility for the package. This is unprofessional and a bad way to do business. I will NEVER use this place again

     TO WHOM IT MAY BE CONCERN;

    MY NAME IS MARY MANAGER AT THE UPS STORE IN MARTINEZ GA. I'M REPLYING TO THE COMPLAINT AFTER WAITING FOR THIS SHIPMENT BE DELIVERED. AS I TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER BEFORE WE HAD PROCESS THE SHIPMENT FOR THE USPS BUT WE GAVE HIM THE RECEIPT TO PROOF THAT THE PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVER FROM STORE. AFTER 4 PM EVERY DAY USPS COMES TO PICK UP ALL PACKAGES PROCESSED IN MY STORE FOR THE POST OFFICE. RECENTLY WE ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH POST OFFICE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEY DON'T SCAN ONE BY ONE THE PACKAGES AND MY CUSTOMERS DON'T HAVE ANY UPDATES ON THEIR TRACKING NUMBERS TRAJECTORY. THIS WAS THE CUSTOMER CASE AND I EXPLAINED THAT TO HIM. THANKFULLY THIS SHIPMENT WAS DELIVERED AND RECEIVED WITH A DELAY ON SHIPMENT. IT IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE FOR ME TO HELP AND SERVE MY CUSTOMER IN THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE. I NEVER DENIED HELPING CUSTOMER BUT I EXPLAINED THERE IS A PROCESS AND PROTOCOL TO SUBMIT CLAIMS. THE SHIPMENT NEVER SHOWED AN UPDATE FROM THE USPS SYSTEM. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENT. IF YOU NEED FURTHER INFORMATION OR ASSISTANT FROM ME DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT ME . THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
