      The motor for driver side motor was damaged on 12/**/24. Lulus acknowledged and agreed it was their fault. Got the ok to take car to repair shop, repairs were done, $407. After 1 week of waiting for them to pay bill so I could get car, I finally pd to get it. Lulus sent check for part only of $143. They will not answer any calls, or emails. I'm out alot of $. I canceled my membership also. Dont use them they are not reputable nor honest company. They are owned by Mammoth Holdings and they also ignore all communications.

      I had my car washed at Lulu’s car wash at the ***** ******* and the ****** ******* location, my car is brand new and it was scratched up on both mirrors and top
      my antenna was broken and they wouldn’t take care of the damage, I had the membership, I called to cancel and was informed you have to cancel 7 days before the next payment, by the way you go for the first time and accept the month free they don’t tell you you’ll be charged the next month, what a rip off, be careful with your new cars.

      We went to Lulu's carwash this weekend and our car got two dents and a scratch on it in the wash. It was not there before we took our care there and that is so messed up that they wont even fix it.

      Good Morning,
      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received this morning during an interaction with one of your managers regarding a billing issue on my card.
      While explaining the issue, the manager abruptly hung up on me. I was shocked by this unprofessional behavior, especially considering that this is not the type of experience one expects from a reputable establishment.
      To make matters worse, after hanging up, I received a text asking for feedback on the interaction. ??
      This experience has left me highly disappointed and has deterred me from ever wanting to patronize Lulu’s again.
      I will also be sharing this unfortunate encounter with others. It is frustrating when someone does not take the time to actively listen and understand the full scope of an issue.
      I kindly request that someone from your corporate office contact me to discuss this matter further.

      Positives: My vehicle looks quite clean and polished after using this car wash.
      Negatives:
      - I consented to the "pay for a car wash, get 30 days free" trial after being assured by the attendant that I would not be automatically signed-up/billed for subsequent months. I was very clear in clarifying this since my previous experiences with businesses is that this is not typical.
      After recently reviewing my checking account, I observed that I was indeed erroneously billed. I phoned Lulu's twice and spent a total of about 30 minutes on the call attempting to cancel this subscription and obtain a refund. Still unsure as how this will go, as I was last apprised that this request would have to be reviewed by a higher level employee. A lot of effort on my part to get a $20.00 refund.
      - In addition, the staff I typically encounter there seem to be quite disgruntled and sluggish, although I have had a couple of favorable encounters.
      - Lastly, I believe I incurred damage to the roof of my truck as a result of using this car wash, though I am admittedly not 100% certain (I noticed a few days after using the car wash that the roof of my truck was noticeably mashed down, and a neighbor apprised me that he had experienced similar damage after using another car wash).
      So, in sum, this car wash has resulted in making my truck appear clean and polished, however I have not had a good experience with employees of this company.
      5 October 2024 update:
      I forwarded an email to company management subsequent to being apprised that if I did so my concerns would be further investigated. Will provide another update upon hearing back from management.
      13 October 2024 update:
      I did not hear back from this company and did not receive a refund. I will likely let this issue go, and not seek further action.

      The handed out a ticket for a $10.00
      car wash. When you get there they say it's $10.00 off. Just false advertisement. Very dishonest.

      Had a car washed and paid $5.00 extra for the rest of the month. Now I was charged $19.99 again and I never signed up for membership. They also had my phone number and email address which I never provided. Put in a dispute with my bank. Beware!!!

      Zero stars. Offered a one month deal as I drove up. Had a girl making my decisions on the screen.
      Turns out, deal is for only one car.
      Now turns out she ok's monthly recurring charges.
      Scammers.
      Boycott and put them out of business.

      IF YOUR CAR GET DAMAGED THERE. THEY WILL GASLIGHT YOU WITH TACT SUCH AS A ROCK OR A BUG DID IT. I DON'T CARE HOW BIG OF SMALL THE DAMAGE IS IF A COMPANY CAN'T BUY A TUBE OF PAINT AND SANDPAPER AS A JUSTER OF GOOD FAITH, THEY ARE NOT WORTH DEALING WITH. I AM OUT CANCELLED MY SERVICE THERE.

      After being offered free car washes for an extra $5.00 just for the month of December, I was happy. Next thing I see are charges for $17.99 on my account. I did not sign up for membership. I stopped the membership online. They didn't charge me in January but they just did again. Not good. My bank is handling the charges.
