    When **** switched our landline over to voice over calling, we were unaware that our Vector Security would not work. When we returned from a three week long trip we saw that we could not set the system. When we called about it (we received the billing) they said it was on us to call and cancel so that’s why we received a bill for the three months service. We told them we were unaware that it would not work after **** switched us over. She said they had tried all the numbers we had provided them (9 phone numbers), and yet, NONE of these numbers told us they received a phone call (3 of these numbers were my husbands and mine). NO message was left on any if the answering machines either. So….we had to pay them for 3 months of service we did not receive! We are retired and in a tight budget and do not feel this is right. Especially since they could see from their end that the service was not working! I am a retired school teacher and taught children (elementary age) that right is right and wrong is wrong! This is WRONG to collect money from Senior Citizens and not provide the services paid for! I did tell the lady I would report them to the Better Business Bureau.
