This case is about a refund of $500.00 (five hundred US dollars) deposit made on May 15th, 2025 pursuant to a Bill of Sale signed on the same day for the purchase of a vehicle. The vehicle in question is a 2020 ******* Elantra, VIN # *****************.I subsequently attempted to secure financing through my bank, **********************, and obtain insurance for the aforementioned vehicle. During these processes, I was informed by both my bank and my insurance agent that there is an existing lien on the vehicle, preventing the completion of the loan and insurance acquisition. I have a copy of the report obtained on May 16th if needed. This outstanding lien constitutes an impediment to the transfer of clear title, which is a requirement for the legal sale of a vehicle. Despite my communication with the sales representatives regarding this issue, I have been informed that my $500.00 deposit will not be returned. I consider that the refusal is unacceptable given the dealership's inability to fulfill its obligation to provide a vehicle that is eligible for financing, insurance, and subsequent title transfer.

I bought the car August 15th, and with the car I bought a warranty with it worth $1878 with a doc fee of $399. I got mail back in December saying the warranty was going to be canceled due to non-payment from the dealership. By the time I checked the mail, the due date was passed to call the warranty service. On the mail, it said that I could request a refund or get it reinstated by the dealership. So the first time I tried contacting them on February 12 and 13, I never got an answer. Or when I did get an answer, they sent to another line in which that person never answered even when I left voicemails. I then let some time go by and called again April 28, the same thing happened. Before that, I actually went to the dealership in person to the person who actually got my finance details when I bought the car. I brought all the mail I received and he went on to say I shouldnt be worried because a lot of it was junk mail and said I could throw it away. I threw all but one away which was the first one I received. He said he would talk to the bank and call me back in which he never did. So I contacted the bank myself in which they said it was an issue between the dealership and warranty company and not them. So, I then emailed the warranty company, in which they said, "The contract was rejected because the selling dealer did not submit payment. We recommend reaching out to your dealer directly to have them resolve the issue or provide a refund." I called again and they said they would fix it in 24 hours. They never fixed it, and now as of today May 8th, I tried calling again and they sent me to a different line in which the person did not answer. So now I just want either my contract to be reinstated for the warranty, or my refund of $1878 plus the $399 doc fee.

On April 21, 2025, I purchased a 2014 ******* Accent from VIP Kars, located at ************************************************************************. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered multiple serious mechanical and safety issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale, including a broken wheel stud, mismatched tires, a malfunctioning alarm system, dashboard warning lights, a damaged cabin air filter, fluid overfill, and key/lock issues. A professional inspection at ******** confirmed these defects.Additionally, although the vehicle was presented as clean, the drivers door appears to have been replaced, as the ignition key and door key do not match, suggesting a prior incident not disclosed to me. During the sales process, I was at a disadvantage because I do not speak English fluently, and I feel that this situation was exploited against **** approached VIP Kars respectfully and asked for a reasonable solution, offering to return the car even if I had to lose part of my down payment. Despite my effort to resolve this peacefully, they refused to negotiate or acknowledge the serious omissions. This behavior shows a clear lack of transparency and responsibility toward consumers. I am filing this complaint seeking a fair resolution and to alert other consumers of their practices.I request: Full cancellation of the financing agreement, full release from any financial obligation, and acknowledgment of the vehicle's unsafe condition.

Hello, my name is ****** *********I purchased a 2020 ****** Altima from VipKars April 2024 for $14,500. Mr ****** (salesman) assured me that the vehicles were fully inspected before being sold. MAY 2024, the check engine light came on..the Cam ***** Sensor needed replacement. February 2025, the check engine light came on again, and was informed that the Engine SOLENOID VALVE needed replacement. The ****** dealership also conducted a full diagnostic and was determined that the Engine SOLENOID VALVE and CRANK POSITION SENSOR needed replacement. The car had only been driven a total of 3000 miles as of February 2025. Transmission Fluid was muddy as well. The 2 year extended warranty given at the time of purchase, stated by Mr. ******* that I could patronize any ****** dealership for repairs. I was informed by the service manager at the ****** dealership that the car could only be serviced by Compound Cars. ******* (manager.VipKars) brushed me off about the vehicle's warranty and engine problems. ******* stated that VIPKARS doesn't inspect the cars and I should have been given the option to take the car to a mechanic for inspection before purchase, this did not happen. I asked ******* for a copy of the form since the form wasn't included in the sales packet and was that he didn't know where he could get a copy of the form. ******* told me to speak with Finance Manager (***) about the discrepancies in the warranty. On February 12, 2025, I spoke with *** and was told that the information given to me by ******* was inaccurate. *** wss informed that I felt like I was being given the run around by *******. **** called February 12, 2025 stating the vehicle had been repaired and that the car would normally be test driven by the mechanic, but the tint on the car was illegal.. The car had been sold to me by the dealership with illegal tint. The service manager at the ****** dealership confirmed.

I purchased a car on 12/17/22 from VIP Kars For $$19,659.64. The vehicle was financed through Navy ********************. I was unaware that it was a salvage vehicle until I attempted to re-register it in May 2024. When the ***************************** *** shared with me a letter from ******************* that the VehicleI I had purchased was a salvage. Meanwhile, I am stuck with a car. I cant use because it cant be registered. I make a monthly car payment and insurance payments totaling $539.00 a month. The car is worth is worth between $1000 and $4600. I called the dealership. They did not return my call. I try to contact the person who does titles there. I was told she is unavailable and they dont know when she will be. I attempted to return the vehicle. They would not accept it.

I brought a used car from VIP KARS in ******** **. After 2 days I had to take it back to their mechanic because the car was shaking and I wasnt comfortable with driving it. I brought the warranty as well. Now its 3 weeks later and my car is still at their shop. First they were giving me the run around about waiting for the warranty to **************** theyre saying that the warranty covers the axle in the front, but not in the back. I been trying to get direct answers from the dealership and I keep getting the run around. Im just trying to get the car fixed like they told me they would or just get my money back. Right now I am paying car insurance for a car I dont have and I also financed this vehicle and have an upcoming payment in a few weeks. I am just trying to get some help in resolving this issue. I feel like they sold me a lemon car.

On January 26, I leased a car [with vin 3N1Ab7AP8KL614502 ****** SENTRA at VIPKARS. Unfortunately, I was billed the wrong amount and the contract was not disclosed clearly. As we can see in the ticket of the down payment for ***** USD which was at 6:39 pm PST. And the transaction was declined by the bank. However, the transaction goes through your bank account that day. Then, I have not enough time to read all the items of the contract. After reading carefully I realized that you charge amounts that never explained to me: A) the price of the vehicular was ****** USD however they charge in the contract ****** USD B) they charged like Gap protection for ***** USD C) the vehicle service contract selections were premium, but I never knew that I could decline this option. D) they charged the optional warranty for ***** USD E) I was forced to get an insurance for ***** USD for 6 months. F) in addition, on February 26, I received a call that I must paid 199 USD for active the warranty. G) they take copies of my social security without my permission. H) they used my data information on ************ professional financial services and Credit acceptance without my permission. J) they never ask to me if I want to accept the credit with credit acceptance. K) they add in the contract that I have not right to dispute on the court I want to get my customer rights for Customer of ************* because there a lot of terms and conditions in the contract that I disagree with. To resolve the problem, I would like to kindly request: How I can get back my money and I will get back the car. Without extra payments and canceling the doubt with all the items that they charge to me without my permission. Because I am student and I have a special permission for ************* government to state in this country and I do not know how long I can stay in this country.

Purchased a vehicle 5 days ago for almost ****** and found that they lied about the vehicle being wrecked and problems . Sales ******************* said basically I didnt know it wasnt on car fax . He knew vehicle had been wrecked prior to sale . They purchased it from the auction and knew the accident would not show up on the car fax that soon . Then they did not try and help at all. I was told the manager ******* would call me back . No call back yet . Every time I call just a run around . These people are dishonest . I was purchasing car for my granddaughter and told *** that she needed a reliable car, had it 4 days and the wheel ****** were bad on drivers side. unsafe for her to drive . She could have been hurt and they did not care and would not even call back. I saved for a car for years .

The Carfax Report provided to **************** does in fact reflect 0 reported accidents. This is information that is uploaded by Carfax (a separate entity) and accessed by both auctions and dealerships. In addition, each and every customer has the opportunity to have the car inspected by an inspector of their choice prior to purchase, which is an option not offered by majority of used car dealerships. However, **************** opted out of this option. Our manager ******* has discussed all available options to **************** and she has been made aware.

Attached is the document reflecting ******************** purchase of an as-is vehicle and her signature opting out of a pre-purchase inspection.

I am rejecting this response because: The salesman  ******************* was informed we did not want a vehicle that had been wrecked. They knew it was wrecked prior to ****** the vehicle to us . They stated all vehicles are inspected prior to the sale . They assured no accident per car fax  and auto check . They have a contract with auto collision center that is right behind their dealership. Their office where we met is in the collision center . I believe that they were dishonest. They get vehicles and sale them before accidents hit the car fax or are never reported. This vehicle was for young daughter . And sad how we paid almost  15,000 for a wrecked vehicle  and could brought the vehicle new for ****** . The manager *************************  only option was to buy the car back at a ridiculous  low price ******** VIP Kars  are scammers in my opinion.
