  I'm a single parent. I put $6,000 down on a car after being told it is a good car. Being told somebody else wants to buy the car and I need to buy it fast. My idea of putting that much down was to own a good car without making high car payments. After about 6/7 months I was informed the engine is bad and I should throw the car away. I spent thousands on repairs before that, not knowing I was sold a bad car to begin with. ***** told me I needed to replace the engine, I had no choice. Which they quoted me $500 for labor but when I picked up my car, they told me $950. I had no choice but to agree and sign because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to take my car. Now this new engine is bad too, I've replaced the Ac compressor, radiator thing, breaks, roaters, hoses, oil filter, cv axels, motor mounts and things I cant even remember and they say they don't have records. I'm so confused and over it because they keep telling me I need to make payments. I'm so over it and feel I have been taken advantage of by making small repairs. Now the car picks and chooses when to drive. ***** told me I need to replace the throttle body but I've been told the engine is bad. They are trying to do small repairs to keep the car runnnig until it blows. The car is so loud and squeeky when it drives. I need a resolution please, I can not give them more money for this bad car.

  V& V Auto Center,Inc finance 2012 **** Mustang  on November 9,2022 with ******* mileage on it  and it was sold "As is " No warranty customer test drive the vehicle before purchase .
  On August 2023 customer came to the office and said that she has some problems with the engine; she took it to a mechanic shop that could not fix the car and she paid them without fixing her car ; V&V Auto offer to repair her car we make agreement that she will pay the parts first and labor with the car payments  .
  V&V Auto Center has no obligation to fix her car but because she is a single mother that's the reason that V&V Auto decide to help her out; she did pay the engine to we can star order the engine ( Invoices and agreement attached )
  I did check the car fax  (attached )  On June 24,2023 car fax report ******* mileage that means she already put ****** miles on the car .Base on the history for oil change  she did not do service the car on time .This vehicle is 11 years old with ******* mileage and   sold "AS IS"  V&V Auto Center always have a good faith to help her with the repairs .
  The engine has warranty though the  ****** Motors which can refund the money 100%but she refuse to give the running engine back which is in the car that she is driving . Since August 2023 until now the car is drivable .The engine mount and Ac compressor repairs is part of the maintaince on high mileage vehicle . Since the day she purchase the car we have not receive any payments on time from her.  Been Buy here Pay here  we don't know what else we can do for her .

  I am rejecting this response because: They did not help me in any way, they benefited because I always paid for parts and labor. It is a stretch to say they helped me because I am a single mother. I find it offensive when they were doing their job and getting paid for it, also knowing this engine was bad from the start. When i bought the car ****** guaranteed me it was a good car and her husband took care of the car himself.

  She also said she would fix anything wrong with the car. The breaks/roaters went completely bad the second day I had the car because I almost wrecked.  The heat on the car did not work, I had two more leaks I do not recall, and one thing after another began failing the first month. We replaced the rear breaks/roaters and the heating hose and radiator because the heat didn't work. I had to have replaced again in less than 6 months because something was wrong with the placement of the breaks. Which they agreed to do and charge me $100 for labor.

  I don't understand spending 9K on a car in 6 months  and it goes bad. I pay for the new engine which they bought from their personal source, and continue having me make payments on a car that shuts down in the middle of the road. I trusted them, not only with my money. They got rid of my engine after *** told me they KEEP my engine in case of fault with the new engine. Never warned me they were getting rid of my engine.

  ****** motors is willing and ready to refund me the money can not refund me the money because they want the engine they sold me back. V&V  (******) have told me they will not work on my car. I am being forced to keep the engine with no resolution. 

  They changed the Labor fee when i picked up my car from $500 to $950. I had no choice but to agree and sign or I wouldn't have been able to get my car that day.  

  The AC compressor they put in my car one month ago is bad and I have been asking for them to look at it and they tell me they're booked and do not get back to me about a time. The motor mounts were bad from the start and should have been replaced at the time the engine was placed. That is what I heard one of the workers say to Jaq in Spanish. 

  After replacing the engine my car stunk like smoke and when I went to them the entire oil pan leaked all the oil and I had none(also had to take time of work for this). I was then told to buy an oil filter and come back. They also tried to charge me for oil after I just paid for oil when they changed my engine. They also removed the oil pan from my original engine and put it in the new engine. (reason why: Jaq was keeping my engine in case he needed another part from it). Also doesn't amount to the days I've had to take off for car repairs.

  I should not be forced to keep this engine after *** explained to me he would keep my engine in case something goes wrong they can pull parts from my original engine. I could've kept it at my home. I believe they sold it and benefited from the engine without my knowledge and  consent.
