1 starWarning please do not purchase from this organization. There are multiple buy here and pay here auto dealerships. I discovered the business communication lacks business ethics. I was sold a car that did not have emissions up to date. When communicating with any individual the communication lacks order including talking over your words and hang up calls. The ignorance is bliss with aggressive communication. Please find another buy here pay here as the place will be the biggest headache through out the loan.Review fromMegan T

1 starHello my name Is GBurnett ,and I am writing this complaint on behalf of National auto sales. I have been a client of this company for about ******. I even referred some of my friends and family members to them. But for the last two years I have been bully by two of there worker ***** and ***. They turned off my car just because my son the not pay his note on his car and ,because my ex-husband took his car to another ******** car has been turn off because they said that we have no insurance but that's not turn we have (The General.) Every since my sales person left (National auto sales) my family and I have been in a constant battle we them.When my family doesn't take care of their responsibility my car get turn off. 1 starFor anyone giving this business is 5 stars is not being truthful, there's so many things to complain about starting with the prices, selling cars higher than market prices should be illegal I'm paying $26,000 for a car that has a market price of $10,000. Another thing is they'll turn off your car and leave you stranded without a care in the world, I was **************************************** mind it's ******************************************************************************************************************** no I need to get an Uber. There's a lady there that will call you and harass you. Dealing with this company is nothing but stress, their solution to Dealing with you is turning off your car and leaving you stranded anywhere, and telling a customer they can't afford the car so they just have it repoed is not professional at all I've had my car for almost 2 years now and telling me that is disrespectful. I don't recommend anyone spending your hard earned money here. Also they will sell you a car without telling you the history of the car, my mother a 7 year customer was sold a car that was involved in an accident, they didn't tell her, she found out from her insurance company telling her. Buying from this company was a bad mistake. I'll be trading my car in with a more professional business and doing business elsewhere.Review fromBrian L

1 starThis is a buy here pay here lot, charging extremely high interest. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Read all reviews before buying and stay far away.

We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. Our rates are actually on the low end. We charge cheaper rates with similar credit than most our competitors and even secondary finance banks that you would see at large chain dealers. Most buy-here pay-heres and even secondary finance lots with bad credit will charge 19% to 29% we are under 20% on all our loans so as you can see we absolutely are very competitive with bad credit interest rates and by quite a bit. In fact our rates are more in line with secondary finance than buy-here pay-here rates. I do apologize you had an issue with our staff though but I would recommend you research the rates of our competitors and even large bank lenders with similar credit.Review fromMia M
