On Saturday, February 26, 2022, my entire family (wife and 3 young kids) came to Green Acres Outdoor Living to select a storage building that we wanted to buy. After spending almost 4 hours, we finally selected the one that we wanted: the one that had the loft built-in. We did make this know to ***** (son of the Store manager, **** and Tabea). On February 28, we put down $2,000 and was told it would take 5 weeks to be delivered. Actually, it was more than 5 weeks. It was 9 weeks. The storage building was delivered yesterday, April 19. Since on the transit between the truck to our inside yard, we did not have a chance to look inside until it got to the yard. Both my wife and I were shock to learn that, there was no built-in loft as promised. ******* (the delivery staff) told us he would check the original order and said it had no built-in loft. If we had known it right before it got to our yard, we would have denied and refused to buy the building because it was not what we expected and envisioned after that such long wait. We then called and talked to **** (the store manager) and he told us that we would have to pay additional $230.29 to have that built and installed after he took half of the loss. He argued that: if we bought a Cadillac, it was we paid for. But he failed the important fact that: when we buy the Cadillac, we will get the car right away so we know what we order. In this case, as we are not expert, so there was some kind of secret scheme to get the built-in loft removed as we specifically told his son the exact building that we would want to buy. By doing business with other secular vendors for so long, only brought us sadness, sorrow, and disappointment as they cheated and used dirty tactics to deliver faulty products. Therefore, we tried to avoid and shifted our business to *************** ones. But this very first buying experience did really bring us dissatisfaction and anger as we could not believe there is not much difference between the two.
