I bought this Patiowell 8x6 greenhouse for an elderly woman. In trying to put it together a corner bracket was missing to put up the 4th corner. They finally sent that but then there were two C brackets missing and ONE WHOLE DOOR!! There is supposed to be TWO!! I have gone to ****** twice for a refund and they REFUSE to give me one. I'm going to contact the credit card company for a refund. I'm 73 years old I can't afford to lose that money.Initial Complaint

We ordered this hot tub from ************************** We had an electrician come install a 220v to wire the hot tub We ran the hot tub over a week, motor was making a loud sound and water temp was only able to get to around 100 degrees The 33 jets as advertised wont turn on? We have had over 20 emails back and forth and left 4 messages on the phone number list on website without any return call. ****************** is saying by email that this is the highest temperature and that the jets dont have any pressure. They are sorry. This is unexceptionable this product is defective and I want to return its never worked correctly. I ordered a shed from ******* 10/19/2024 the above company. However, upon trying to complete the installation of this shed. My installation company noticed that there were 4 pieces that were badly damaged. Also, the pieces for the door were not included in the package. Finally, both boxes were delivered to me. I was not advised as to when they were going to be delivered. I had to pay someone to move them to a secure part of my home. My problem with all of this was that: 1- all parts were not received at the same time.2- i had added expenses that were not included in my budget.3-I am a senior citizen and disabled 4- I had to pay more monies to have someone move the boxes 5- and had to pay more monies to the company that installed it from the beginning. To complete the project.I would like to have the extra monies expenses that I occurred because patiowell did not include all the pieces to complete my shed.They offered me a store credit. However, I would not want to do business with them again after going thru all these unnecessary changes.Initial Complaint

Item was sent without the all of the parts. We have spent the past six months having them send part by part as we discover what is missing. Now the older/original parts do not fit the newer/replacement parts. We have a half built shed and cannot finish it due to the company not sending all the parts and now the replacement parts do not fit original parts.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Patiowell 6x8 Plastic Shed Pro from the Patiowell website. I constructed the shed and ran in to several issues with pieces not fitting together properly, and the entire shed was made with poor quality material. 3 months after putting it together the shed has already collapsed, which damaged the metal structural pieces, so I cant put the shed back together again. I contacted the company by email and they told me there was nothing they can do because they are blaming the weather for the collapse and their warranty only covers quality defects. I have requested several times for a full refund as the shed is now garbage and had to be removed from my property.Initial Complaint

i looked at all reviews and ordered a 10x12 metal shed from patiowell. i build a base for shed and had help putting shed together according to i structions provided. The first rain, shed leaked feom ALL s**** in roof area. i then loomed specifically online to see if others had this problem and found ALL the others duped into buying this inferior product that the company IS MORE than aware is a poor design due to leaking.Initial Complaint

We found a flaw with the shed we purchased from them. We have brought it to their attention and they said today, " they don't know why the holes would be there." The shed leaks. There are holes in each channel under the roof cap that allow rain to come in and get most of what is in the shed wet. We purchased a shed to keep items dry and secure. Patiowell keeps emailing with similar questions over and over again. They refuse to accept that the flaw is theirs even when we have sent them a video and multiple photos along with how to fix the issue. They asked us to keep the tarp we had to put over the roof of our new shed and they would pay us for the inconvenience. We wanted our money back so we could purchase a shed that does not leak but they refused saying it was to late, even though they have dragged the time on with their many, many emails causing the delay. We are now forced to fix the $663 shed ourselves. We have refused the 25% pay off from the last 2 emails since it does not fix the flawed shed design. It does not cover all the stress they have caused us. It does not give us a shed that does not leak. They refuse to take responsibility for their flawed product.Initial Complaint

We purchased a 10 x 12 shed in February 2024. We recently unpacked everything on June 22, 2024 to start putting it together. The problem started with the main track. It was not bent/cut right and is defective. We have reached out to the company through the chat on their website and through email With no response on how to resolve our problem. The shed is useless without the track and we can't put it together until we get the new piece to replace the defective one part BS1L. We have also tried to call several phone numbers listed to no avail. One phone number goes to a voicemail that is not set up and the other ones just ring with no answer. We paid for a product and we just want them to make it right. I have also sent them pictures and a video of the defective part and how it doesn't fit together with the rest of the track.Initial Complaint

I purchased the 5x4ft shed from Patiowell on March 14th 2024. I didnt open it or put it together until today 5/28/24. At which point it became apparent that the piece were all cut wrong and didnt fit together. I called a professional contractor to come take a look and he agreed the pieces are not cut right and wont fit. Ive tried to call the company, they have several numbers. None work! The online chat was also useless as no one answered. Ive sent them a message because the their voice mail isnt even set up. I want a full refund!
