    on 9/13/2024 i was traveling north on ************** and hit a bad spot in the road where road repair was being done. just past the intersection at ************** and ***************. i ended up having 2 flat tires and later found out that i also had cracked the rims. i called ga. *** and filed a complaint. dot contacted me and informed me that after their investigation that i had a legitimate complaint and they told me to contact c w matthews in reguards of getting compensated for my loss. when i contacted them they said that they had to investigate, they sent me a letter stating that they were not at fault because the road work was within dot specs. when i went to measure and take more photos they had repaired the bad spot in the road!! i reached back out to c w matthews and asked them if the road work was to dot specs why did they go back and repave that specific spot after i made a complaint? i spoke with ****** ******* and she informed me that she was unaware that they had repaved that particular spot that damaged my rims and tires and that she would check into why that spot had been repaired when they originally told her that that area was within specs. i recieved another again denying responcibility for my loss. i am acusing them of fraud!! i have photos of the road when the damage occured and i filed my complaint, and i have photos of the same spot that had been repaired after i filed my complaint. if the original work was up to specs why did they immediately go and repair the exact spot?
