      On 3/7/17, The Wilcher Properties Group, FDC 94, LLC, ** Alloy, *********** Off., Org. ************************************************* (who are both lic. real estate agents) conspired & colluded to engage in bid rigging on my house at ************************************************************************************************ in Dekalb County that was illegally foreclosed. One of the indiv. that they employed to do this is ***************************** who in his affidavit stated that the foreclosure sale occurred on Friday, 3/7/17 which is impossible & perjury b/c foreclosure sales in ** occur on the first Tues. of every month. The Wilcher Prop. Grp, FDC 94 & ** Alloy engaged in a kind of bid rigging/suppression known as phantom & complementary bid rigging where the parties agree in advance to submit a bid during the foreclosure auction & then to assure that the bid can't be finalized (i.e. the bidder left their checkbook at home) so that the auction has to be re-cried, thus assuring that most of the competition has left so that they can purch. the home at a much lower & less competitive price, which is what happened to ******* house. Wilcher Prop. Grp, FDC 94, its corp. organizers & licensed real estate agents in ******* Alloy are cheaters who w/o question engaged in bid rigging of my home. All are unethical, untrustworthy & can't be trusted.Both my wrongful foreclosure (pre and post ****** **** wrongful eviction cases were fixed & illegal conduct by Wilcher, their attorneys, the ************** clerk's office covered up. One of the participants in the foreclosure auction (** Alloy, LLC) is not even a legally recognizable bus. entity capable of conducting & transacting business much less bidding on a purportedly foreclosed home during an auction. I said before & I'll say it again - ethics -- it means ******************************** LLC (and its' principals) don't have them.DO NOT rent OR buy a home from Wilcher Prop. Grp. If you do, you do so at your peril. The ****** reviews just confirm what I have said above.
