    I had a disappointing experience at ************************************************ Dr. *********************** customer service left much to be desired. The receptionists were unhelpful and very kind. Additionally, I found the dental treatment to be subpar. The dental office appears very unclean and out of date. Its disappointing to have to pay so much for these uncomfortable conditions. Almost every time that I come here I see BUGS its DISGUSTING! Ive tried not to say anything but it has gotten overwhelming. I had a troubling experience with Dr. *********************** the dentist's attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. came across as uninterested and condescending during my visit. When I asked questions about my treatment options, the responses were **** and lacked clarity. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, which made the experience quite **************** addition, the lack of empathy and poor communication made it difficult to feel confident in the care I was receiving. I hope the office addresses these issues to ensure a more respectful and patient-focused environment in the future.

    I had a gum grafting surgery performed by Dr. ******************** ********************** (Periodontal Care and Implants, *****************************************************************) on March 23rd, 2023 that did not yield the intended results. Dr. ********************** came recommended by my dentist, *********************, who referred me to her practice after years of telling me that I have a tooth that is very exposed (receding gum). At no point was I informed that this was anything but a routine surgery and that it had the possibility of not working. I am generally skeptical about jumping into surgery but decided to move forward. Not only was the recovery from this surgery long and difficult (I incurred a suspected infection) but it did not yield the intended results (my dentist confirmed this when I went in for a routine cleaning, approximately 2 months post surgery and he also mentioned that I still had inflammation/redness at the site at that time). Dr. ********************** initially called me and told me she would do what was needed to ensure my satisfaction but today I received a phone call stating that her office will not provide me with a refund for the out-of-pocket costs (totaling $616). During my surgery, Dr. ********************** chatted and laughed with her assistant which would have been fine IF the surgery was successful.
