    I hired GMS Express Movers to move my belongings from a two bedroom condo in ******* into another two bedroom on March 22nd, 2022. ****************** sent two movers to load and unload my items. Unfortunately, the movers were not able to carry the glass top of my dining room table and instead of carrying it, they rolled it all the way to the truck. I insisted they do not do that as it may break and just like I said, one section of the glass shattered beyond repair. The glass itself is an expensive 60", 3/4 thick glass which I paid $700 for many years ago. I sill have the receipt for it. This is in addition to badly denting an expensive wood bookcase which I paid over $1200, that is not possible to repair. After dicussing the issues with the person in charge, Mr. ** other than picking up the glass top to discrad it, they have not sent me a check for what they said I should expect. According to Mr. ** he filed a claim to his insurance company and based on that, he said he can only refund 60 cent/pound per weight and the total will be $332.17, an amount that is a fraction of what my items cost. I was extremely sad and felt like I have no other choice but at least to get that small amount to compensate my huge loss. I wanted to be done with this process once and for all, but the only thing I keep hearing from Mr. ** is that I will receive the check today, tomorrow, next week, etc but so far, after 3 months, I have not received anything. To make matters worse, Mr. * himself said he mailed the check 10 days ago, but nothing was received so far. He is inconsistent as to who is mailing the check, one time he says it's the insurance company and this last time, himself. He said the insurance claim # is *A92707 but the insurance company ****************************** said there is no such claim. I have been very patiently waiting and inquiring about my refund every few days and at this point, I do not see anything happening. Mr. * ***** contact # is ************. Thank you!

    Less Than zero Rude movers The youngest one was mocking me as I was telling my son what to do Disrespect as hell!Your drivers didn't finish the move I had to hire another moving company They also took 2/$299 bottles of perfume The job wasn't complete Since it wasn't I will file a claim with better business bureau And an incident report with *********** police Dpt I have been trying to locate my items only to realize that's another reason you guys didn't finish the job!They took off enroute back to the apartment sent a fraudulent photo of a blow out only to know I was behind them entire time!This peice of c*** company needs be shut down immediately!
