      I was over charged and still waiting on my refund. The ***** Springs Imaging Center has poorly trained techs that do not appear to care how their patients are treated. Just get the procedure done.

      They are terrible. Basically they shut the doors on me when I needed care. They said nothing was wrong with me and later I found out I had ************. It is a said day when you can't get the help you need

      Came in today for a simple pee test for STI! Very simple, i have a baby, 1 years old almost 2 ! Last customer waiting of course with a child. Very inconsiderate of my time. Been here for 2 HOURS. Like are u kidding ?? Its ridiculous ! Im not happy never coming back here.

      *** as so many have said their customer service absolutely atrocious. They book me an appointment that i don't want but i cant get my meds unless i have an annual with them, and they are just trying to make money here, they do not care about my wellness. I book my leave for the appointment, they now call me 1 hour before i arrive for t and tell me its cancelled because the system only scheduled it for 15 mins and it needs to be 30 mins. ANd they cant fit me in -sorry but not sorry. and that it. i have no appointment and they don't give a s*** they are absolutely shocking. This is the Wellstar healthcare associates 100 Rosewell G A- Avoid them at all costs. So rude so despicable

      Because of my insurance plan I am stuck going to Wellstar. I think we can all agree that their customer service ***** to put it bluntly. I have been told that $$$ is all you have to pay only to get bills from 3rd parties later. The explanation from Wellstar "it is not a Wellstar charge so we are under no obligation to tell you about it". This occurs even face to face when asked a direct question, they are trained to lie. I was recently told that increased fee collections is part of their review matrix and affect their job rating and salary increases. I was recently told that my 1st ****** visit to a gastro. would cost me $290.00 and was even given a written estimate for $290.00. At the ********* ****** they refused to charge me that amount and only charged my $60.00 co-pay. Today I received an estimate for a procedure scheduled for tomorrow that said I will owe $182.00 when I check in. However, I was told 9 days ago that there was no out of pocket cost. A call to a rep and escalated transfer to a supervisor and then the supervisor's boss and suddenly there was no charge again. These stories are just the tip of the iceberg and I am sure folks who don't know better are overcharged by millions every year. I can qualify for ******** in a few months and Wellstar will be in my rearview mirror and good riddance.

      My doctor made a referral to Wellstar for a Rheumatologist. I have repeatedly tried to reach them to verify they received the referral that was faxed to the number they requested, and the phone rings and rings. No one ever answers. I drove in person to the Wellstar location near me and they were unable to tell me anything, could not see the referral in their system and couldn't even reach anyone to ask. When I told their representative that I could not get through to the only number they provide for making an appointment, he shrugged and said they don't have enough employees, so they have to help those that are already in the building being seen. Do not use Wellstar, they do not care if you ever get help for your health issues.

      My wife went to Wellstar in ****************** **. This is where our doctor is located. She was told by the woman at the desk she had to wear a mask. I went to the desk to ask why the mask when not a single person on that floor or on the first floor had a mask on. This moron tells me it is a rule if you are sick you have to wear one. I said this is a doctor ******* EVERYONE is sick here, they don't come here because they are well. I stopped downstairs to ask the ladies at that desk and was told mask are not mandatory. I don't like my wife having to wear one when no one else had too. Someone needs to get that desk person on the second floor straight on the rules.

      Paied Wellstart at ************ *********** a vist on Jan 14 for a physical exam. I called the front desk prior the test to get an estimated cost because I did not have any insurance. I was told the test I wanted (general screening + blood test + urine test) will together cost around 300. Then I was happy to go. I double-confirmed with the front desk regarding the estimated cost because I would pay out of my pocket. The lady at the front desk ***** "yes, everything will be around 300". But I got the bill of an additional 600, which charged a lot of tests that I DID NOT give my permission to do. The front desk did not ask me whether I needed it and just added everything to the list. The front desk did not told me which tests will cost additional charges and which will not. Also, the doctor asked me whether I needed hepatitis C and HIV test during the visit. She did not tell me those tests would incur an additional charge either. She did not tell me how much the test would cost either.I am really disappointed at this place and please avoid them.

      Security guards came to my room and accused me of smoking in the hospital. The female guard was extremely aggressive and rude! I assume they located whoever was smoking but never returned to me and apologized.
