5 stars*** C After looking at the America's Best House Plans, we knew they were the best and never looked any further. We settled on a Modern Farmhouse plan. I have done a lot of house layouts during my work for many years. This was definitely one of the most thorough and easy to understand plans that I have used. 5 starsWe had a completely different plan when we started this process. We decided that we needed to switch gears. Literally stumbled upon America's Best and immediately loved the plan and frankly purchased without further investigating our local requirements. ****** was amazing to work with, she answered MANY questions and we talked through our hurdles and she helped us see our way to the solution. We did purchase the materials list and it has proven very helpful. In *****, ****** and America's Best has it all . . .choices, great customer service, lots of information, they were very prompt, we received what we were expecting and it makes us very happy. 5 starsAfter almost 41 years of marriage at age 70 years old, my ******************* and I reached out to America's Best House Plans to help facilitate fulfilling our dream of building our first house. In less than two business days the sales staff were able to help us select and receive our housing plans without any issues. Specifically, ************************* and her Sales Manager they conducted follow **** making sure that we understood the online selection process and purchase of the house plans coupled with the steps in requesting an upgrade. I received email confirmations for completion of each transaction and ensured that we received quality customer service in the "Spirit of Excellence"! They convinced me by their actions in doing what's right for the customer, feel like we received a quality product at a cost effective price that was custom designed for us. We paid $8,645 to another custom home design Architect and builder that failed to come into fruition due to poor customer service and not being forthcoming with their intentions. Doing business with America's Best House Plans company and ************************* was a breath of fresh air and made it worthwhile waiting after serving over 20 years in the U.S. Army and working in the financial institutions for an additional 20 years, to build our first home. Now, I want to thank you for your service by letting the world know that you are truly ***************** Champions" that doing what's right for your customers is the natural way you start your day! 5 starsVery friendly and easy to work with. ****** walked me through plan changes I wanted to make, and offered great guidance throughout the process. Hopefully I wont be building another new house soon, but if I do, ****** and the team will be my "Go-to". ****America's Best House Plans, Inc.

This team promptly replies to any questions/concerns you may have so that you can make YOUR best decision in selecting and purchasing. Their professionalism is exceptional! It only took a few days to have our plan changed to meet our needs (surprisingly!) and they made all costs associated with our purchase very clear UP FRONT!
