I am filing this complaint because it's time for me to renew my lease I was told that I was signing a 14 month lease however the lease is up on November 28,2021 in the contract of the lease I'm suppose to let the rental office know 60 days in advance if I'm going to renew my lease and the rental office is also suppose to give me a 60 day notice I didn't receive the notice until Oct 20 which is not 60 days ... second for me to renew my lease my rent has went up from $1723.24 to $2503 a month that's a huge jump according to public health emergency rental office are not suppose to raise the rent until after December 2021 ..when I went downstairs to speak with the rental manager Stephanie I was told on Oct20 that someone from corporate was coming to the apartments and that she was going to speak with them and then give me a call by the Eob on Oct 20 that never happened on Oct 21 I went back to rental office and spoke with Stephanie and was advised that someone from the regional office would be giving me a call I never received a call just a bunch of the run around I went downstairs again on Oct 21 and spoke with David who is another manger and was advised to put all of concerns in an email... I work from I'm suppose to let my job know 45-50 days prior to moving I can't give my job that because the rental office failed to provide me with the proper paper work ....
