              I am receiving harassing emails from Castell. I have received 25+ emails that I have kept after receiving and deleting dozens more.I run a very small business. My wife and I own the business (Foxhole Terrain). I am disabled which is why we have the business. I am bedridden some days, and when I am up I should not have to find these unwanted emails.I have suddenly started receiving unwanted emails from Casteel. I don't want the emails. I did not ask or request these emails.There is no email contact for Casteel! I would have to call or go through a convoluted process of wanting help with heating or plumbing.I can Opt out using something called TrueRemove, but then how many companies will TrueRemove sell my information.I do not believe I should have to go through the trouble of removing my contact information for something I never asked for.I would to be reimbursed $10 per email received. Since I have only kept 25 emails, the reimbursement fee will $250.

              Called for service sent out a salesman hooked up gauges outside must have a leak need to replace it couldnt show me. If it was leaking, you can find it with a solution He just assumed it was in my Coils. The only reason they sent out a salesman because I live in a large house he didnt know nothing how to sit in heat for another company to come out and fix it. Their price $4500 got it fixed for 200. No leak. Theyre a bunch of thieves, thieves I would not give them one star, But I had to for a complaint
