    I was told that a refund was given to my account for my Urogyno visit for my intravag support device - ***** . Time and time again I was told I was refunded for my visits yet... I was never refunded for my visit on 6/7/22 or for my visit back (for the same thing) 6/21/22 . They voided one of the accounts never refunding me for what they charged and I had paid. Then they claim to refund the other visit and credit it to another account yet that credit was never applied per paper trail. They claim the applied it to a nuro botox account in 2023, but it never was. ********** adjusted the 6/7/22 visit and lowered it by $66.46. yet I was still charged and paid $147.54 prior to that plus my insurance also paid $68.61 . You can sse this on the payment history. Since there was no credit document and no paper trail to show any credit this means I am owed $147.54 + 10% interest / each year and frustrated for withholding money taht should have never been in your bank account. Total for # *********** = $196.37 to me and $66.46 to my insurance. Please note on 7/12/22 Nurse ****** admitted that they STILL did not have the pessary for another visit the following week 7/12/22 . Proving they didn't have them the week before. Then again on 9/19/22 Nurse ****** agreed I had been waiting a very long time and explained that there was a nationwide shortage. This is months after both appointments where I was charged for this procedure. Yet, here you can see Wellstar admitting they never had the full stock of sizes fot products to perform the procedure to its entierty. Then on 11/9/22 you can see that ********************************** agreed to there being an issue and claimed she reached out to billing to fix the problem. Here she also admits that since they didn't have the size options to perform the procedure. Here she admits to having only a few top try-ons. They only had 2 to try on there are 20 + different sizes. They only had the small sizes when it was clear I needed a large one and they had not one large one in the office. I was charged for both and I have paid on both accounts. I need to be refunded accordingly and the old account needs to be brought back and reflect the amount I paid and also needs to be refunded.To prove that I also paid on the 6/21/22 visit here is a bank statement showing I paid $35.75 to well star urogyno ******* at check-in./
