I am happy to recommend this business for the excellent work that they did on the front end. Our Project Consultant, ******, was top notch in every capacity and exceeded all expectations and prior experiences. His knowledge of the project inspires confidence, his energetic yet comfortable demeanor allowed for instant chemistry, and his passion for helping made us feel like superstars. We did not proceed with the project due to constraints on our end, but the consulting experience left us with a WOW we have never experienced from a sales interaction. When we are able to proceed in the future ****** and Quality Craftsmen will be the first (and only) people we call!Quality Craftsmen Response

I had work in my basement from an A/C issue, and they got it all done in less than anticipated and made the process easy. The owner explained everything and was very responsive throughout the process. Would recommend!Quality Craftsmen Response

Our tub cracked a few months ago and we put some Putty down and that helped until we found quality Craftsman. ******* (I hope I spell that right) came out with her awesome personality and knowledge of products and Company and gave us a quote that worked for us. When our products were ordered ****** came out and replaced our tub and shower within a couple of days. There was a small issue with the shower faucet and ****** came right out the next morning and repaired it and the shower/tub have been working wonderfully. I had the greatest experience with ******. It was pure joy working with her. Her skills about the bathroom is exnumberal she will help you put your bathroom into the 2023 century. My experience working with Quality Craftsmen excellent. I had a new shower installed and worked with ************************* as my designer. She was friendly and professional and offered sound advise. The team who did the installation arrived on time and stayed focused on the task. They explained important details to me as they went along and completed the job in 6 hours! I would definitely recommend this company.Quality Craftsmen Response
