    I paid for a service in advance via cash $150. Unfortunately, Im not able to schedule or book online without being asked to pay which I had already paid in advance. I have not been able to reach her via telephone text message because she will not answer or respond to calls. She is in ******* *******. I am in ********* **************. I went down for a three day class, thinking that being there in person I may get somewhere with her but for three days she kept putting it off that she was going to have it the next day and the next day when it came down to the last day of class, she said that she was going to send it. Dont worry Ill send it. It has now been two days and I back in ********* & still havent received the $150. I am requesting a refund since it is difficult to and am not able to schedule an appointment with her for the follow up eyebrow service that was paid for in December. It is now February. I have been trying to schedule an appointment and cannot so I was requesting the refund back which she agreed end. She is dodging paying the money I do not understand. Between me and my husband we have spent over $1000 with her in services and a three day brow course. I am now back in *********. I have reached out to her once again via text via telephone and still no response. No reply and she has still not sent the payment. I had to get on group chat to speak to her assistant to see if he can speak to her so she is aware that I am reaching out to her yet still no response, I am requesting my $150 back. It is very unprofessional what she is doing for the amount of money that is being paid to her. She takes no pride or professionalism within her business. I want my $150 back unfortunately it was not paid via credit card so I cant dispute the charge for not receiving service , and this is probably why she is doing this. I would like this matter taken care of as soon as possible so I can be done with this. She owes me $150 & she is aware. I would like a resolution
