    **************** Skills of each person was EXTRAORDINARY!!!Scheduling was clear and concise. Contacted promptly if technician was delayed. Technicians ************** were an EXCELLENT Team of ******************************** exuded the utmost Respect for me the customer and for each other! They were both very thorough and it was enlightening to watch ****** (the more experienced erudite Teacher) stand back as his trainee took over skillfully. They educated me, including providing options. I am MORE THAN SATISFIED with their service and I am encouraged to move forward with Brite Box.

    The Britebox, CoolRay, Mr. ******* trifecta has been at the top of my list for home services for more years than I remember. Now Im putting ******* ***** on speed dial. He has done complex work for us twice. He replaced a fried panel and installed an EV charger. He went the second mile with the panel and a third mile with the charger. He could have connected the charger and left, but he spent time talking about options for placement and after the unit was lit up he went through the process of making it fully functional by going through the mysterious (to me anyway) steps needed to integrate the charger with its companion app. When everything was done he shared important tips for getting the most out of the charger. These were things experience has taught him and not the kind of stuff I would routinely run into on the internet. Appreciated every bit as much as his skilled electrical content ton was his ability to patiently connect and support this octogenarian.

    *** fixed our electrical problem within 30 minutes .He was very thorough. He ascertained the problem, explained, what he needed to do to fix it, and told me the coat ahead of the work.
