            CTI resurfaced my garage floor October of 2018. The resurface was warrantied for 10 years. Within the first 6 months I had a few spots lift up and contacted CTI to repair the patches. Feb ******************************************************************* the subsequent months to no avail.June 2019 *** responded via email "Hello *******, we will be working in Fayetteville next week and can get you then." but I never received any follow-on calls. I tried throughout COVID to reach out but did not receive any response. I have since had 3 additional patches of the floor lift up and would like to have this repaired but cannot get a response from the company despite leaving messages on several listed numbers. I made contact with ***** only to find out he no longer works for CTI but he did provide me a cell phone for Mr. ******************* but no one returns calls and the message mail box is full. I have left an SMS text from my number but did not receive a call back. The overall floor is in good shape, only about 6 patches the size of a softball have come up but I would like to have them repaired.

            SHADY BUSINESS, unprofessional!! If you want to throw away money and get a terrible job these are your guys! In all seriousness, ***, did a terrible job applying product and left small holes and areas where no product was applied. When asked about this, ***, said he would return to fix it. *** has been ignoring calls for over a month now. *** also kept stating that there was warranty for the product but there really is none. *** installed a drain pipe for me that wasnt even put together with joints. The pipe was cut and put together and caulking was put around the holes. The whole pipe leaked on both ends requiring me to fix my ceiling again. Beware shady people, unprofessional work, and terrible character from *******************. I wish I could post a video and pictures of the work. Absolutely pathetic and has no place to be in business.
