    I have tried to contact Signature Blends by email twice and left a voicemail by phone twice. No response. I placed an order and my card was charged on 20 July for $55.37. The order was shipped on 5 Aug. I was informed that it was delivered on 21 Aug 2024. I never received it. Furthermore, the *** tracking picture that was taken was not my front door. It apparently was delivered to the wrong address. ***** has contacted me for resolution.

    We did not respond to the complaint because we were unaware of the problem until it was a problem for the customer.  We have proof of delivery that you see attached above.   Once we create the tracking information. It lets us know when products have been delivered.  We check the tracking number with the delivery service ( whom we can not control once it leaves as our facility) and it stated the products had been delivered.  The carrier provided a pic of delivery.    The address we shipped the products to  matches our records and tracking information.

    I am rejecting this response because: I stated previously, with pictures that paid for the order but I did not receive the order. I would like to be compensated with a refund or attempt of re-delivery.

    We have reviewed your situation and have issued a full refund of $55.37. It is clear that your package was delivered to the wrong address, and we will also work with *** to investigate the misdelivery.
