    We signed up and after several months decided to cancel our service. We told them in person and they said okay. We got billed again. We completed the form online and nothing happened. We called and they said it would be cancelled and got billed again. I sent another email and no reply. It have been 4 months ($44.97 each month). I am going to have to do a stop payment with bank.

    I went to this car wash once back in September. I chose the $12 wash option, and the employee told me that if I want to be able to return for free for the rest of the month that it would be the exact same price, leaving me under the impression that there was no difference in what I would pay that day and never mentioned a monthly fee, so I agreed. A month later, I was charged $23.97, a number that was never mentioned to me. This happened for two more months after this, then I canceled my debit card and somehow, they charged me again, despite me never sharing my new card information. I disputed the charge with my bank and tried to cancel my membership with the business directly. I called, got an automated message saying they would call back, and they hung up and never called me back. I figured out how to cancel online so I did, but six days later, my banking app is still telling me I will be charged $23.97 in 18 days and that I am still subscribed. I dont know how to get rid of this car wash. I dont want to give them money anymore or be subscribed. Obviously getting a new debit card doesnt work because they manage to get access to it somehow and I am at a loss.

    I signed up for a membership and later decided to cancel it. I physically went to the location in mid-December of 2023 and asked the clerk to cancel my membership. I watched him write my name down on a list on a clipboard. Two weeks later, on December 28, 2023, my card was charged again. This prompted me to email the business. I let them know what happened and told them to cancel my membership. They replied that day and told me they cancelled my membership. Since then, I have been charged three more times (January 28, 2024, February 28, 2024 and March 28, 2024). I have emailed and requested they refund me for the months I have been wrongfully charged.

    I received a car wash 11/07/2023 in the amount of $49.97 using my credit card. Since this transaction, Tidal **** has debited my credit card $49.97 for the past two months (Dec. & Jan) without my written authorization.
