    I had a two appointments the same day. One was waiting for True Air from 7-12 and the other was a biopsy. They were fully aware and stated in short that it wasnt their fault I had booked two appointments. I stated I had not and that the timeline was ridiculous. Why would you give a 7am timeline when you confirmed that I had an appointment in front of me at 7am. That makes no sense. I was told that I wasnt their only customer. I walked away from my phone to go downstairs and they called. When I tried to call back LITTERALLY minutes later they wouldnt answer my call or text. I was told that after they call if no one answers the appointment is canceled.
    Their customer service is TRASH. I will never use their service.

    My technicians start their routes at 7am.  Any jobs in the starting area are given a 7am-12pm time frame.  The customer accepted the time frame prior to her appointment being schedule (see proof below).  When the customer made TrueAir Solutions aware of the other medical appointment she had scheduled, she was offered an opportunity to reschedule the HVAC appointment with us, she declined.  She was emailed instructions prior to the appointment, advising someone must answer when the technician calls or he will not go to the property.  There were multiple messages between the customer and TrueAir dispatching staff, staff advising the exact routes are not known by the office but that per the instructions emailed to the customer, he would call prior to his arrival.  At no point did the customer accept a rescheduled appointment offer.  Nor did she answer when the technician call, nor did she make the office staff or technician aware that she had someone else at the home to allow us entry.  With no answer when the technician called, he had no choice but to continue on his route to other customers also in need of service.Messages between office and customer:

    Technician Jacob S****** of TrueAir Solutions Inc. was dispatched per ******** **** ****** to our home due to our AC unit not working properly. His professionalism and very friendly personality lightened our current situation. He has fixed our unit quickly and explained thoroughly in a simple matter what was done to resolve the issue. My wife and I was very pleased with his work and gave us assurance that we wouldn't have any problems with the unit. Currently as hot as it is in Georgia, Jacob made sure that the job was done to relieve. Thank God for someone as caring as Jacob sent out to our home. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs assistance.

    This company has been dispatched to our a couple time throughout the last two years for two separate ACs through American Home Shield. They are amazing. They came quickly and seem very knowledgeable. Chad was very polite and fast with his service. The communication before his arrival was excellent as well comminicated. Highly recommend.

    True Air Solutions, Inc. came today to fix my Air Conditions System. The two Air Condition Technicians were very courteous, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and went straight to work after checking to see what had happened. They fixed my system in about 25 minutes and went over everything they checked and worked. Due to all the Thunderstorms in my area lately that was what caused the problem that I had. The two Technicians did a great job and I would refer people to call this company for their air condition
    system needs.
    Also I was very pleased that TrueAir Solutions were able to get to me so fast. This is the time of years when so many people may have their Air Conditions System break for what ever reason. So many people complain about it taking so long to come to our homes. Well there are only so many Technicians available and TrueAir Solutions did a great job.. I am very happy with the Service Provided. Thank you TrueAir Solutions I appreciate your work ethics and a job well done. Thank You. I. Buffington

    I was very disappointed in this company’s customer service. We have had issues with our AC and went through our home warranty. This company serviced our AC - the first time to replace a capacitor. Unfortunately that did not fix the issue. They then replaced the motor. It worked well for two weeks and then we came home to it not working after being out of town for a few days. We immediately contacted the company and were told they could come in five days to fix it. My husband then inspected the unit and noticed that where the wires had been attached to the capacitor, there had been a fire. A box was surrounding the wires and capacitor as well and had also caught fire. We were fortunate that our home did not catch fire. There was no evidence of external damage to the unit. We called the company back and asked them to please come sooner and they refused. Honestly, I am more hurt that they will not rectify the situation than anything. In a review below, the company responded to a complaint and stated “At TrueAir Solutions we respect other humans and expect the same in return.” I really hope that going forward, they apply this same mantra to their customers. Most of the time, agreeing to fix the problem will help a situation such as this. And I truly understand that there are many more clients waiting for their AC to be fixed and I empathize. Unfortunately, this is the third time this has happened to us in the past month. But when you make a mistake, I believe the right thing to do is to try to make your customer feel heard and do whatever you can to find a solution.

    As previously explained to this customer, we are willing to return and determine the cause of failure.  However, the customer called on Wednesday afternoon, after a holiday and after the highest temperatures thus far this summer. Our technicians were already booked and she was offered the very first available appointment. She was not satisfied with the available appointment and begged and pleaded for sooner service.  I explained that if there were any cancelations she would be contacted immediately, she explained "We are supposed to close on the sale of our house next week, please please can you just send someone today". I did not have a technician that was not already booked, and repeated that if I had a cancelation (from customers that had called and booked appointments prior to her calling) I would contact her immediately.  This customer is still on our schedule and we are still willing to return to the property and determine this cause of failure.  She is correct in there have been multiple trips, because when we find and fix the problem at the time of service, something else fails later.  Unfortunately that is the burden of having a warranty company, they only cover to repair/replace the failed component not future possible failures.

    If there every was a business that should be close!!!!!!! TRUE AIR SOLUTION in Macon, Ga met all the credential. Unfortunately one star is the lowest I can grade them all. People have been experiencing frozen pipes busted waterline, it been in the low 20’s. I Contacted this company and I use the word company loosely, supposed supposed to have been coming out to fix my heating, but Tell me why they fix the air conditioner that was not broken. WHY IN THE HELL WOULD I NEED THE AIR WORKING IN THE WINTER TIME!!!!!! Total waste of money and time. Oh and they refused to correct there mistake, hang up in my face and blocked my calls.

    TrueAir Solutions was contracted to service the a/c by Mr. *****'s home warranty company. Mr ***** opened an air conditioning service call with his home warranty company. He also received a copy of his service request via email from them. Contractors are not allow to make any changes to a work order with the home warranty company. When the TrueAir Solutions technician was on site (12/19/22) Mr ***** was instructed to contact his home warranty company to have a heating work order sent to TrueAir, as we can only service what the work order allows. The corrected work order was not sent to TrueAir Solutions until 12/28/22. At that time TrueAir Solutions spoke to Mr. ***** and offered him the soonest available appointment (12/31/22). Mr. ***** was irritated, due to the frigid temperatures EVERYONE was experiencing, understandably but at no fault of TrueAir Solutions. However, his angry and hostility was being directed at the TrueAir Solutions office staff. This hostility and angry was tolerated, until Mr. ***** began cursing the office staff. At that time I, Angela - Office Manager, advised him we were done with the call and I would be transferring his work order to another contractor. At TrueAir Solutions we respect other humans and expect the same in return. If you cannot show respect for the employee on the phone trying to help you, you will not respect our technicians that work in the extreme cold and hot temperatures to get your systems up and running. Another company may allow you to speak anyway to their employees, but not TrueAir Solutions. Mr. ***** will not be serviced by TrueAir Solutions, unless he can show common decency to other individuals.
