my experience with this company was horrible. i tryed to surprise my wife with flowers, i picked out what i wanted and i gave a special message for the card. 1st off they call her to make sure she would be home to get them, so the surprise was over, then they told her they would be there in about an hour or hour and a half but showed up 2hours late. So i guess she should have canceled her whole day to sit home waiting for them to show up late. Then when she told the delivery guy to tell the boss that the surprise was ruined the guy then got spicey and said we cant come over here an no one is here. Even tho he was late. Mine you i order purple,pink and yellow flowers and they gave her red and white flowers and some were soft and leaning over. old flowers. So i called an was told that they did not have what i order so they choose for me. they said they called but i did not get 1 call from them at all. So i asked well where is my money because these flowers dont cost the same as what i picked and they said yes they do. WOW!!!! They gave false information, changed my order without my knowledge and ruined the surprise, ohhh yeah i forgot they put that the flowers were from david when i told them my name. Soooo basically they did want they wanted after i paid and treated me and my wife like crap when we complained. BEWARE
