    21 Aug 2023 , I called Vw in Macon to bring my car in due to my panel falling out and hanging by wires. With the panel falling it was blocking my rear view mirror. I work at Warner Robins *** ***** **** and live in ********* ga. I came to the one in Macon solely because this happened on my way home. This is the second time I have came to this location and one of the service members Paul is rude stand offish. He doesn't speak I have walked in twice on two different occasions . I'm not going to put race on it but I've been around long enough to know if someone has an issue in that way. Mrs.Tanya was wonderful she helped me twice . She asked him if the panel can be removed somehow due to safety reasons and my long drive home . He said no there's nothing they can do it has be replaced . In addition , everything is still connected nothing is disconnected , no wires have came unraveled , everything is still in tact. Tanya tried to see about other options instead of letting me drive home in that way. Paul was unbothered ,no care and provided no other options or effort. Again this is my second time of coming in at this location and dealing with his attitude and looks of disgust. Tanya tells me they have a panel in stock but i would have to leave my car over night meaning I would be stranded in Macon with no way home. The customer service is my issue. I then called my location in ***** ******************* where there is more diversity and customer service is polite . They told I could use gorilla tape and it would not damage anything and to come in when ready so they could look at . They also stated it may not have to replaced just remounted in a different way.
