    I went to Hutchinson Buick GMC/Hutchinson Cadillac to purchase a car, and my experience with them was very unpleasant and appalling, just horrible, exhausting, and very stressful. I could not find but one honest person to help me in the process of purchasing my vehicle and it is so sad that he is no longer with the company. I was given the runaround for something that was their fault for almost a month. I am yet waiting for the service department to handle a matter that I was supposed to receive a call back for in one hour and it has turned into 4 days. I will never buy another car from this establishment again or let anyone put me through this horror. Every person I came into contact put me through something. Sales, service, and even the managers were guilty in their unfair treatment and promises. For this company to be so reputable, the service for me has been terrible and dreadful. I hope no one else have to experience what I encountered from this heartless establishment.

    My car has been at the repair shop at Hutchinson Cadillac for sometime. I was told they was waiting on a part that's on back order. However, I was told that my catalytic converters have been cut off my car while waiting on this part that never came in. The service manager told me that the repair shop is not responsible. That I have to get the converters replaced at my expense.
    This is terrible.

    I would like to commend the GM and the District manager of Hutchinson for correcting the issue I had concerning the 7/2022 complaint in the ******** *. review. My wheels were somehow compromised back in November but, further communication of the Service dept and I was not handled very well. But, regardless of all that happened previously, I would like to commend how the Corp Mgrs quickly and satisfactorily resolved our issues, above and beyond! I am very, very pleased with my outcome??, that was surely CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    My husband brought his 2020 ****** in and rhe svc dept identified a transmission leak. They told him they want to keep the truck for a couple days but refuse to issue him a loaner. This is a hazard and they should be ashamed of themselves!! I have never dealt with a more incompetent bunch of folks in my life. Their lack of customer care just cost them a customer, for LIFE !
