    My sales person lied about the true condition of the car. The car had an odor. I asked if the car had water damage and was told no. A week later I noticed water damage on the top of the car. It rains a couple of days later and rain pours in the car through the sunroof. I'm frustrated they won't refund my check. Although I tried, I was unable to connect with the General Manager.

    I took my car there to find out why my remote start stop working. After a few days,I was told I need a new key fob. I ordered the fob and dropped it off the day after I received it. I waited a few days and after no calls from them,I called the company. I was told the person over my vehicle wasn't in. I left several voicemails that i didn't get returned phone calls to. Then after a few days I called and was told my key fob was programmed and everything is working fine except my windows. I was told they would check the car again to see what could be the problem and they let me know. After about a week of nothing being said,I called and was told I need a new window motor. After talking to the lady about how much the total cost would be,I eventually told her to go ahead and order the parts. After about 3 or 4 days I was told that my car would be ready the following Thursday and she would call me and let me know. Thursday came Friday and Saturday came and I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone. Another week has gone by and still i haven't talked to anyone with information on my car. I've explained that I've been paying for a rental car since the day after I dropped my car off and I'm now over 3000 dollars on the rental car and I'm a month behind on my *** **** and ***** ***** 3000 dollars for a rental is insane, especially when the only problem i was having with my car was the key fob being reprogrammed. I'm now going to have to pay another 300 plus dollars to keep the rental car over the weekend. Thanksgiving is this month and Christmas is next month,I work at * ********* *****,get paid ** ****** and my check goes to people who've help me with the rental car and gas. I need HELP! Are they going to reimburse me any of the money I'm spending on the rental car?

    I am complaining on the Finance Manager for straight out cheating me for my down payment of 3920.00. He sent my Numbers showing that the list price was 19000, plus dealer fee and tax that equaled 21000 plus. he then, without telling or show me he raised the price to 25000, took off my down payment and took the loan for the whole amount we had agreed on and stole my money that I have saved for 3 years. He distracted me while I was signing, telling me he was a vet and he wouldn't screw me because I'm a vet. when I finally got copies of everything I had signed, he had the change on like the thirtyish page where I missed it because I thought that the high, high interest was the trick. I didn't think about him raising up a listed price by 4000$? I signed but I didn't think this vet would do me like that. I'm also complaining on charging way more than similar cars and straight lying to me. I knew the monthly payments, but he hid how he got there. Thank You for your attention.

    I took my 2020 2500 turbo deisel to five star. I took the vehicle because it was losing power. The vehicle was serviced. And I was charged 1400.00 dollars . Minutes after leaving the dealership we noticed the vehicle still lacked power . We returned the vehicle and we’re told it needed an additional part. This additional labor and part would cost another 2600.00 dollars. I was unaware that this 2020 dodge was under a national recall for the original problem that I took to dealer for. These repairs should have been done at no charge . The dealer owe me 4330.00 dollars I have emailed management with no response I have all of the documents supporting my argument My next step is small claims court
