      I am complaining on the Finance Manager for straight out cheating me for my down payment of 3920.00. He sent my Numbers showing that the list price was 19000, plus dealer fee and tax that equaled 21000 plus. he then, without telling or show me he raised the price to 25000, took off my down payment and took the loan for the whole amount we had agreed on and stole my money that I have saved for 3 years. He distracted me while I was signing, telling me he was a vet and he wouldn't screw me because I'm a vet. when I finally got copies of everything I had signed, he had the change on like the thirtyish page where I missed it because I thought that the high, high interest was the trick. I didn't think about him raising up a listed price by 4000$? I signed but I didn't think this vet would do me like that. I'm also complaining on charging way more than similar cars and straight lying to me. I knew the monthly payments, but he hid how he got there. Thank You for your attention.

      I took my 2020 2500 turbo deisel to five star. I took the vehicle because it was losing power. The vehicle was serviced. And I was charged 1400.00 dollars . Minutes after leaving the dealership we noticed the vehicle still lacked power . We returned the vehicle and we’re told it needed an additional part. This additional labor and part would cost another 2600.00 dollars. I was unaware that this 2020 dodge was under a national recall for the original problem that I took to dealer for. These repairs should have been done at no charge . The dealer owe me 4330.00 dollars I have emailed management with no response I have all of the documents supporting my argument My next step is small claims court

      The finance department adds a host of additional expenses, many of which you don't need. I canceled my extended warranty contract, dealer owing $3122.00 back to the lienholder. The contract states that my lien holder should receive this refund with in no more than 30 days after canceling. My lien holder has told me that the check was sent via ****** 2 weeks ago, yet the lienholder has never received it; thus, I continue to pay a 7% interest rate on the funds that should have been deducted. The dealership could not provide me a tracking number, which that alone tellls me that it probably wasn't sent. Please take a second look at your paperwork, and take a witness with you. These people are not a good company to purchase your vehicle from.

      We took our car to Fivestar for a skip. The guy handling it assured us that the 1268 dollar job would fix the problem. I have him recorded as I told him the only reason we were agreeing to pay 1268 was because he was 100 percent sure that this was the issue. When we got the car back, it was doing exactly what it was doing when we took it. Managers won't take our calls. They send other people to the phone to say they are in another call. We talked to our insurance company who told us that they were charging us way too much for labor and that something was not right about the whole situation. The party that they say i needed was only 140 dollars. How is the labor 1100 dollars. And yes, I do have the employee from dodge saying that the 1268 will fix the problem and that he was 100 percent sure it would
